ALIVE – The Vegan Boutique Bewertungen 

I wish I could give a good review, I truly do. I love supporting Vegan businesses no matter what, but man this was bad...

I ordered my product a week ago, I received no confirmation of the order, so I contacted support...3 days later nothing. So I called, and after the third time ringing I got hold of someone that worked there. They said they were meaning to message me, and my order had been flagged due to different billing / shipping addresses. Ok, though I was never notified about that and had to call to find out.

They said on Thursday they'd ship Friday...Friday nothing, no confirmation, I have to call again, weekend comes around and they said oh Monday for sure. Monday comes around...nothing...try to call...calls declined. Call three times Tuesday, says "the team didn't feel confident to ship it" (as this was to arrive before the next Sunday. (AKA 11 days after I ordered). Ok so again no confirmation / update regarding this.

Filed for a refund in the end because I was told it would be sent on Thursday, Friday, then Monday and each day no update nor customer service.

At this point in their business I would not recommend using them, the customer service is atrocious. I've never had my calls declined nor ignored from a businesses' customer service team.

Extremely happy with the purchase. Shipping / tracking was not that great as it was international shipping. I never got an estimated date of delivery but that didn’t ruin the experience. I did actually have a scratch on the bag which I am yet to email about. Happy but slightly disappointed.
I would order again if it didn’t take so long or if I was given an eta.

Was surprise how good the texture and quality of the shoes I bought for my friend, I’m not vegan and love the products and use of other natural materials instead of using an animal. My delivery was late but had updates and support until it came, great customer service, polite and friendly.

Excellent service. Arrived within a couple of days even though we live in remote area. Well packaged beautiful condition and a really lovely lovely little bag.

Very friendly and approachable customer service which has a personal feel to it, which is a rarity. I had an enquiry about my order and it was responded to in a friendly and quick manner, and i'm overall very happy with my order and the service.

Excellent products of high quality & design, fast delivery and exemplary customer service. Highly impressed with this ethical, cruelty-free company.

Loved the shoes I got. They quality is amazing and they're super comfortable. However, I never got an email confirmation or delivery details, which meant I had to contact ALIVE to find out what the status was with my order. The money came off my card immediately, but the items took a while to arrive.

I ordered my boots, and despite a small issue with supply, they still arrived the week after order. Alive Boutique were completely honest about the problem, and kept me updated regularly. The boots are great and of extremely high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
