NEVER book AF Stays - Philadelphia Convention Centre
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AF Stays - Philadelphia Convention Centre, particularly the hotel’s complete lack of flexibility or compassion following a genuine medical emergency that will prevent our stay. Despite providing clear explanation of the situation, the hotel refused to issue a refund or offer any meaningful alternative, which felt both rigid and insensitive given the circumstances.
While I understand cancellation policies exist, there was no willingness to exercise discretion or basic empathy in an exceptional situation. This approach left me feeling disregarded as a customer, with policies seemingly taking priority over reasonable judgement.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my perception of the hotel, and I would never book with AF Stays - Philadelphia Convention Centre again and would not recommend them to others who value understanding and customer care in unforeseen circumstances.
