Order arrived some time today
Order arrived some time today. No notice of delivery and in spite of my instruction to leave on seat at front door, the box was just thrown on the porch making it difficult for me as i have a bad back. Another food delivery company will notify a delivery time and will bring box into kitchen. Meals are very small compared to another company i use and for same price. No comment on taste yet as I have not tried .

I should have gone with my gut and not ordered! I have been hesitant to order as most of these places are rubbish, I should have stuck with that and not bothered, because I was right.
Sadly this is my first and only experience with A Life Plus. Firstly delivery times, where far too open in terms of times available, waiting all day for a delivery was ridiculous then not arriving until 5.30pm, my box wasn't overly cold and some meals on top of other meals and not surrounded by ice definitely not cold. This leaves me questioning how long, exactly was it in transit.
Upon inspection meals looked average, the ceaser salad lettuce was already turning brown and wilted. I decided to try the meat lovers pizza first, yuck! It's was so thick and heavy with meat of meat it was hard to disgusting from the grease, this went straight in the bin, the ceaser salad wasn't too far behind this after wanting to eat it two days later.
I reached out to customer service and all I was over was a measly $13 credit to use on another order, I definitely dont plan on ordering again. This was a huge waste of my hard earned money and definitely wouldn't recommend them!!!

I love their food
The food is fresh, tasty, has a breakdown of macros. I can’t eat eggs and if I order the parmy they make it for me without the breadcrumbs, they will exclude mayo etc for me and they label the product to tell me they’ve done this. Absolutely fabulous personalised service. They cook the meals just for you. Great if you have food sensitivity or allergies.
Also as I'm in menopause and insulin resistant, the keto and low carb options are fabulous. I ordered the 250gram meals and find them filling. At first I was like.... ooohhhh they're small. But I don't feel hungry. They have the right macros and I don't have to worry about doing all that myself. No more tracking apps, just order and eat.

All the meals are scrumptious
All the meals are scrumptious. I totally enjoy the Prawn Laksa & Chicken & mushrooms, 2 of my favourites.
Have been on the 7 day plan for 3 weeks & I’ve lost 4kilos. Mind you I’m not overweight but I just need to lose 8kilos for my son’s wedding.
They are so tasty, a bit pricey but it’s convenient that all I have are those meals & they are filling on the 1200 cal low carb.

Tasty flavours. Eggplant with pumpkin as seasonal vegetables was a bit different for my tastes and I personally would’ve preferred green veg instead. But definitely enjoyed the seasoning.

Quality and taste win over other meal delivery services
As a busy professional, I have regularly used other meal delivery services. My previous subscription had reduced in quality over time. I tried ALifePlus to see if there was a difference in quality and taste. I liked that there is no ongoing subscription. These are seriously the tastiest meals ever! I now look forward to these meals again. The quality and variety is outstanding! I like that there are gluten free and vegetarian options. Seriously worth the investment to have these meals delivered each week.

They couldn’t get my order right
They continuously got my order wrong which was frustrating as I tried several times to contact them and resolve. I had so many meals I didn’t want and they wouldn’t give me a refund. I gave up in the end as I wasted so much time and money.

After reading mixed reviews i decided to give them a try as i was actually just relieved to find a keto meal delivery service that did all the macro tracking for me. I bought 10 x 250g meals i thought id like made up of very tasty lunch & dinners for 5 days. I made my own chia pudding for breakfast. I decided on day 3 to order another 6 days as i found my energy increasing and the meals satisfying. Im 2 days into those so in a week ive lost 5.5kg...i can't believe it. What an epic start to my keto journey. I've just placed my 3rd order and im doing a few breakfast and snacks too as its all made soooo easy with my busy schedule.
