Hung this dress up and the straps actually kept their shape—not all twisted like my last one. The butterfly lace piece at the back sits flat, even after a wash. Kinda wild how heavy the skirt feels compared to other dresses, but it falls just right.

wore it out right away, noticed the hem stays crisp even after moving around a lot, no fuss with ironing. pattern pops more than expected in daylight. didn’t think much about anything else, just liked how the skirt swings.

Hung it up right after unpacking but the fold marks around the collar haven’t smoothed out, even after two washes. Other than that, colors on the print are bold in daylight, definitely stands out from what I got from the discount rack last time.

I wish I could post photos on here, I bought my mum a dress for her birthday, she’s just opened it & showed me, it looks absolutely NOTHING like the photo! It’s ridiculous! I can not believe they have the cheek to show photos like that & send something not even close to what it’s supposed to be. I will be messaging for a refund & I best get one.

These are great. I was initially skeptical, but now I use them all the time. I bought three for each of our vehicles. Keep in mind, the surface should be flat and smooth for it to hold well—glass works best. Though they include an adhesive plate for uneven surfaces, I prefer not to stick anything permanently on my dash, so I just use the glass in our vehicles.

Ordered and paid for item for Christmas early and was sent some cheap rubbish due to them now saying it's not in stock even that it was still on site 8 weeks after, didn't even have the decency to inform me before sending something I would not have chosen and also didn't want me to post on this site

I placed an order and didnt receive any acknowledgment of the order or any item.

I then looked to see how to contact them. Although there are contact hours there is no phone number so I emailed them. I received a prompt response saying the dress I ordered is out of stock etc etc and they will deliver when available but now they’re not answering my emails. The email from them has no details of the company name etc but in the fine print it did ask that I not put any negative comments on Facebook 🤔

I can no longer find Alice Vintage on Facebook so I may have been blocked. I don’t expect to receive anything more from this company. It was only after ordering that I check reviews and realised I should have done this first. Lost money 😟

Utter garbage. Dress was not at all like they advertised. Pathetically, laughably cheap and nasty. The print was blurred, there was no pleating on the skirt, the bodice look was just two pocket flaps sewn on, it's cheap and nasty heavy rayon fabric, it's really just a glorified dressing gown. I DO NOT recommend. Don't waste your money.

I ordered some dresses and never did get my order...

They are made and shipped from china. They print the design on a dress, they are totally cheap and ugly and NOT cotton, only polyester. We asked for a refund and they refused. I had to do a chargeback. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, IT'S 100% A SCAM!

Horrible quality! Totally polyester. Such a ripoff!! Does NOT even look like the pictured dress 😡😡 they have no customer service. This is the ugliest dress ever!! They should be ashamed. I want a refund!!

Worst website, and customer service, bad quality, the products are not even the one that they show in their website. They don't give any information about return address, i sent them more that 20 email, the only number that they have is from china, when you call it says that the numbers isn't right.

I fell for the photos. It was absolutely horrible. The dress looked like a shitty pixelated photo printer on a dress. I purchased it for my wife and I was embarrassed to even show it to her. Don’t waste your time and money on the horrible cheap ass dresses they make. Pathetic!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago- have emailed over and over to speak to customer service. I get on going automated response.
Website says customer service is available Monday-Friday 8-5 pacific time.
This is the worst customer service process. I am sure the products with be crap. My next step is to dispute charges if I don’t have a response by June 8th. I have sent over 30 emails.

Not at all like the pictures!!! Do not mach the pictures! Not proffesionell made clothes. You get better quality for less money on Shein and Wish!
Odd sizes that don't mach any body.
Took a long time to get the shipment too. Save your money and don't buy from this company.

There is no response when I ask for a return. Just canned emails saying they are sorry I'm disappointed...over and over and over. No info on HOW to return it. The fabric is more like paper and the sizing is WAY off. I ordered a 2x and it fits more like a 10. Lesson (expensive) learned. Never again!
