SCAMMERS!!! They sent confirmation of a refund yet the money isn't in my account and it has been well after the timescale. I tried to ask for help, but they said they sent it to PayPal (I don't even have a PayPal account?!) They won't even provide proof of the refund to me so I know they're withholding my money for no reason. They have also refused to respond to any of my emails. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE - awful company and have lost any repeat business as a result.

Look at the other 1 star reviews - they all say the same thing. I will be taking this up with the Financial Ombudsman along with others who have been scammed. Don't waste your money here - they won't last as a company if this is how they run a business!!! Horrible people.

I brought a chain and within the first month it had broken, I had then got a replacement which was okay and I understood however within the first month of having that one it broke again, I thought this was ridiculous and requested a refund as the same thing happened twice however they denied me one

I love Alfred and Co. The chain ive got for a christmas present is high-end quality. Its amazing packaging adds to its great quality. The £10 refund scheme for doing reviews is also a great way to give back to customers. Seriously recommend.

My adopted son brought me my chain i wanted + absolutely love it but since ive wanted a matching bracelet which my friend gave me my Xmas money early so straight away I ordered my bracelet im over the moon I only ever take them off to clean every so often love them, now my friend wants to buy a chain like mine as it looks so good xx will be ordering more xx

It's been 20 days since the placement of the order. Never shipped (i checked with the delivery company website).
Impossible to contact customer service.
Definitely a scam
