I rarely leave negative reviews, but am very disappointed with my experience. I received a blouse with a noticeable stitching flaw at the center front neckline. I contacted customer service immediately, and followed up with another message and photos a few days later. It's now been 15 days since my initial message and I still haven't received a response. In the meantime, I've received two separate emails asking me to review my purchase.
I've purchased several Alembika pieces in the past and have always been happy with the quality, which makes this experience especially surprising. I understand that sale items are only eligible for exchange, but a manufacturing defect is a quality issue, not buyer's remorse. I simply wanted to exchange the blouse if possible, or discuss another reasonable solution.
It makes me sad that I have to leave a negative review to get a customer service response, but I hope that someone will finally respond and resolve this.

This is a beautiful, high quality dress that can be dressed up or down. The plum slip underneath can be worn alone as well for a sexy look. The black lace and sheer detail is exquisite. It has a looser mid section that can be tightened with a belt or sash if you want a more fitted look. It also has pockets!! It is so comfortable, yet is fancy enough to be dressed up for a formal event.

So happy to shop at Alembika. A trip to the showroom with Yael was great as I got to double check sizing, and the weight and texture of fabric is often hard to judge online. Everything from Alembika is so charming and wearable. Great for travel. I’m also happy to read recommendations for petites as I’m shorter than I used to be.

Alembika just about owns my closet. I love this brand. The people are easy to work with and give excellent customer service. I do have some problems with the sizing - same size sometimes too large, other times too small. Wish the sizing would be more consistent but the staff is great at letting me return and exchange items.

I love the colors, funky styles, quality, and comfort of Alembika's designs. Wearing their clothes is fun. I always have my eye on a few things and try to wait for sales. But, the investment is always worth it. In these styles you don't see yourself coming and going.
I bought a few pieces before I became very aware of the brand. When I pull them out to wear, they make me smile. I've had pieces for 7 or 8 years, and they're still cool.

I love the clothing. I am 82, but I like clothes that are "fun" and colorful. Alembika is the source for most of what I wear. That said, I am short --5'2" -- and it is difficult to gauge fit when purchasing on line. The things that are supposed to be for petites are often not right.
I wish there was a store here in Los Angeles so that I could both feel the fabrics and try on the clothes!!
I will say that most things hold up for years and never go out of style.

Great company. Quality products that make a real fashion statement. Items always arrive promptly and are packaged carefully. They offer fit advice when asked and are good about returns/exchanges when necessary. Free returns would make it even better.

Alembika clothing has become a staple in my wardrobe. Any season, any type of garment, sweaters, dresses, tops, pants, jackets I have enjoyed everyone of my many purchases which are my go to. Great for travel and seem to suit every type of event . Definitely my go to brand when I am looking for something new or just to enjoy what they have in store! Thank You Alembika

Perhaps I'm not really an Alembika customer since I don't generally wear prints and their sizing for me does not work. Their tops are far too big, even in the smallest size and they're definitely not cropped enough to wear with today's full and barrel pants. On the other hand, their designs are innovative, the quality is terrific and the brand philosophy is next level. They have gone a little over the top with their pricing IMHO. I do love love their iconic jeans which fit so well, but at $300 that tips the scale as a no. I would hope they revisit their sizing and do a collection for slim somewhat petite women.

I always have an extremely helpful experience with Alembika. On the rare occasion I need help (because the are so organized and incredible) my emails are answered in lightning speed. If I had to boil it down, I’d say Alembika is like being among very kind friends.

Since I like the Alembika Clothes, I am always glad to see new things as well as ideas of how to put outfits together.

It would be even more perfect if there were more choices that easily fit someone who is petite. The lengths are great for tall women but frequently it is easy to see that they would not fit someone of my height without significant alterations.
That said there is always someone to reach out to who can help and give advice.

I discovered Alembika thru Artful Home and have never looked back. Customer Service, the Rewards Program and let’s not forget about how beautiful and functional the clothes are is why I shop at Alembika. I went to a play recently and I was waiting for my car and four woman walked by me and told me they loved my dress!

Une superbe expérience vestimentaire, avec des formes différentes et des couleurs très classe. Un peu difficile de saisir exactement la grandeur ( par taille de 1 à 6 ) mais un coup que l’expérimentation est passé, les grandeurs sont très bien, et ne change pas d’un morceau à un autre. L’aide pour le retour est fantastique, on a des nouvelles rapidement, et avec grand respect. J’adore le feeling des vêtements sur moi!!
