AVOID!

Instructed Matthew to undertake SAP calcs and paid 50% paid up front.

No progress after a month, eventually spoke once with a promise of it being sorted, but of course wasn't. After countless calls and messages, zero response. We will now be taking legal action and will be paying Matthew a visit.

Beware of this CON MAN.

Had a new house checked for air tightness. Paid straight away but did not get paperwork. He is very slippery. His website offers many services. He is not qualified to do any. All he wants is your money. Do not use him . He is a scam artist.
I want to give him no stars.

Matthew Keegan came round on 30 April to survey 6 flats for Land Registry Compliant Lease plans. I eventually got these on 6 June. As it turned out these were non compliant and rejected by the Land registry on several aspects. When I tried calling his number there was no answer. The only number you can get him on is his text number. He does not reply to emails unless you threaten legal action. The best way to get a reaction is to ask him for a "new survey", then he is very quick to react. To date I have paid £750 for 6 sets of worthless plans. He said he will correct these, but after several weeks and reminders, I had nothing. His website indicates EPC's, financial services (none of the links work), asbestos surveys (which he admits he doesn't do), Legionella risk assessments, EICR's (links also don't exist). However, with no address on his website (you can find his estate agency on Google Maps, and the company on Gov.uk), and someone who seems to go AWOL very rapidly, all this points to a scam operation. The very negative reviews on Trustpilot and Getagent are probably indicative. I will always check these before I engage in future.

Scam artist - Really don't understand - he went to the properties, did the plans and said if the land registry reject them he would make alterations - of course they rejected and since then he as gone AWOL. Why do all the work and not make a simple change? Paid £600 and plans are useless.

It was great for the initial period when I paid the money and got one part of documents but then radio silence for 2 months

Have sent 10 follow-up to Matthew for the lease plans but no response whatsoever

They scam people by over charging them for a service they can’t provide or have no knowledge about, sub it out and not pay subcontractors.
