Already used these on two small aluminum repairs, so they did not sit in the drawer long. What stood out first was the rod thickness being very even from piece to piece, which made feeding and control less annoying than the cheap hardware store ones I tried before. They melt quickly, though a couple rods had slightly rough cut ends. The bundle feels solid in hand and not flimsy.
The company advertises a fake product for treating water in ponds on Facebook. It is part of a company Loncdon Company Ltd registered in London and Hong Kong. It lists one director only, who is based in China. The website and the answers to emails sent are all very similar to other websites promoting similar types of fake products for treating water. It has no contactable address in either Hong Kong or the UK.
Its plastic it can't bend paper. Everything was a lie. Scammers

The product was really good. The kids loved it!
I thought the ring bending tool was made of some type of steel so it could bend spoon or forks into rings, like it shows it doing. Instead what I got was made of some type of plastic. wont bend the mildest of metals, the block just pushes out of the slot. wasted my money.
