Fantastic service and great value for money

I recently bought a new car from Aj Cars and the service could not have been better. Andrius was very helpful and none of my questions or query’s went unanswered. Very nice and easy to deal with... Would definitely recommend dealing with them.

We Traded 2 very good cars to this dealer Andrius. A Volva S60 and a Golf Plus(both valued together at around €2500) to this dealer in replace of a Bmw X5 priced with the dealer at €8995. We then paid €5000 by card and paid €1200.00 cash. The BMW was to be in great condition as told to us by the dealer Andrius. We took the BMW X5 and drove off home around a 40 min drive. On the way out home the BMW X5 had loss of power when accelerating about 10 mins in to the drive which we automatically thought could be a sensor issue. So we pulled over and called Andrius. He said that he would fix the issue and that if we dropped it up to him this would be sorted. After a few days we got the BMW back and on the way home the exact same thing happened. We called again and was told again to drop the car back to him and he would look at this. Obviously we were not happy with this as we were left without a vehicle. To make things even worse he gave us a temporary car to use that had no tax and when we told him there was no tax he then said that we should buy the tax our self's for the vehicle while he fixed the car that should have been fixed already. This was absolutely beyond a joke as this was a replacement car we were given while he fixed the fault with our car. We phoned several times about the car a was told it was away being looked at and we were also told that several people had driven the car hard which we were not happy about as when we originally first brought the car there was no Oil in the tank which we were unaware of until we checked the engine the 1st day we got home with the BMW. We were also then told that the car had been re-mapped that we were NOT aware off and he did not tell us this when purchasing.

We received the BMW back 4 Weeks later and was told everything was working perfectly. And to our amazement the exact same thing happened when driving the car home. We called Andrius again! and he was rude and very aggressive down the phone. Not a nice person to deal with at all and i would never recommend this dealers to anyone.
After this time getting the BMw back we were upset and angry that he had lied and our car BMW was still not fixed. We called Andrius and we expressed our concerns with the car and to this he said he would buy the car back from us. We thought at this point that this was a good idea so we agreed to sell it back at the cost we purchased. But he comes the good part! So he gave us back €6250 through a bank transfer! However we were missing 2 cars! So when we approached him he then proceeded to tell us he had scrapped the 2 cars, which we know is not true as we have seen 1 of the cars driving around our home town! He offered €300.00 SCRAP cost he APPARENTLY received for the 2 cars or he would give us a scrap car he had just got in! So we took the car as we were left with no car at all for our family! So to put things in perspective he took 2 cars from us and basically coned us out of our 2 good cars. Plus we had paid fro the BMW X5 €400.00 road tax and spent €200.00 in Halfords on oils/filters and fluids the day we purchased the car. SO WE ARE ANOTHER €600.00 down, If this is not a dodgy lying dealer then you tell me! Do not purchase from this dealer!!!

I bought a BMW 520d M Sport from the above dealer for €12000 in late December. The advert said it was low mileage and well Serviced and that it came with Genuine M Sport wheels. I saw the car and that the main headlight bulb was gone and also the battery was low and needed replacing. I mentioned this to dealer and he said he would have it sorted before the car was picked up as well as a service as all the car based service indicators had been reset. I picked car up, it had been serviced so started on my 200 mile journey home. It quickly became apparent that he had not fixed the headlight bulb nor the battery as I was getting warning lights. I got home and noticed that the wheels were replicas and not originals and that two of them were buckled. I called Andreas and he was his usual aggressive self on the phone and told me to go to scrapper and I could buy a battery for €20. He also said I could replace the light myself and that I should look at his website after Christmas that he was due in a car with same wheels and I could swap them. Since then he has not had a car with same wheels. By April, 4 months later I managed to find a second hand set for €370 myself and a chap happy to change tyres over for free. I called Andrius and he said he would not sort me out and was not interested, even though he had promised. A New battery costs €350 a new light cost €35 and the second hand wheels cost €370, a total of €755. Now I have no option but to take to the small claims court and post bad reviews about his business. I would not recommend this chap to anybody! He is a bully and not to be trusted.
