Most unprofessional delivery company
Most unprofessional delivery company. I ordered a Pergola from Debenhams paying more than other suppliers to get the item for the weekend, and the delivery date was agreed before the weekend and 3 items of 4 was delivered. I was told that the 4th missing item was sent to the incorrect depot (Watford) which is few miles from my home. Customer services says the item has to go back to Northampton depot before it can be dispatched to me. Northampton is 65miles from my address. Watford is 20miles. Stupidity at its best by AIT. I had to pay booked fitters £450.00 but the Pergola is not erected because one box is missing.

They changed the delivery date,did not give the 30 minute heads up, and damaged my 8ft. Lifetime table. My wife saw it slide out of the box and hit the street. Sam's Club offered to replace it. Too much hassell with that shipper my church and I will eat it I guess. Tony Toler

Horrible Delivery and Customer Service!
My mother had a purchase from Sam's Club delivered by this company. The driver dropped off a pallet with parts for a 480 lb storage shed. It was partially placed on the driveway and the sidewalk and left there. When I reached customer service, they contacted the local deliverer and got the emergency after hours line. This person says "Sorry, you'll have to call back during business hours on Monday." This company is horrible and if this is Sam's only means of delivery, I will shop elsewhere.
worse delivery experience
This was the worse delivery experience. Tracking showed it was getting sent out from Warrens Wi. and moving through the same terminal. Got a text would be delivered on June 9th. Never came. Got another for June 12 never came. Called and was told it was at a terminal in Warrens Wi. Informed them that is impossible because Warrens is a very small unincorporated town. Then I was told the truck was too small for the delivery and they had to find a bigger one. I asked if I could pick up myself and was told it was in Blain Michigan. I said what I never heard of that town. Then was told it was in Blaine Minnesota. I then said are you sure you even know. I told them I felt I was getting the run around. I filled out the contact form online that says you will be called within 24 hours never happened. I waited from the 9th to the 12 then on the 15 I called again and was told it was at Island delivery in Minnesota I then contacted them and there it was. So be weary of this company and all the run around and lies. So this company which my tracking was for never did deliver my item.

After they held my item for 10 days, without communication or delivery, I finally cancelled. How such a large company at like Costco trusts such a poorly run company is baffling.

Can I give them zero stars? We bought an exercise bike in Las Vegas on May 2nd from D’s Sporting Goods. When it arrived, as directed, I went to the store to arrange delivery. As I was taking a week off from work after Memorial Day, the only available day that week was Thursday May 28th. On May 26th, I received a text that Thursday was not going to work and that they would come Saturday. We weren’t going to be available that Saturday. They suggested leaving it on my porch! A 110 lb box. No! Why would I pay $100 to leave it on my porch? After numerous texts that were rarely responded to, I called. After a long hold and transferring me twice, a customer service rep apologized and took down my availability for the upcoming 2 weeks. No return calls, no texts, nothing. Those two weeks passed and I texted how unprofessional they were and that, if I didn’t hear from them immediately, I would hire guys to pick it up and bring it in my home. It’s been a week and zero response. WTH

AIT is terrible for home delivery in SW Michigan. Check with your merchants to make sure they use someone else for home delivery.
The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with, I don’t know why they are still in service. Pathetic customer service and the scheduling department apparently works 1 day a week, they are never available and they keep delaying my project and it’s been a month since I bought a basketball hoop and no one is coming to install it. I have called them a million times, they never follow up with me. Pathetic and horrible!

Horrible experience. Poor communication. Unprofessional. held our 15k delivery for over a week because we were "too far away" (we live less than 3 hours from Boston. Will never by from a company that uses them ever again.
Their customer service is non existent
Like other reviews if you try reaching them the phone rings and they never pick up I called them 7 days straight never returned my call. When dell chose them to deliver my PC the process started with shipment delay (Put it in the wrong truck) If I was to choose I would never deal with this company.
Impossible to reach to reschedule. Dumped in driveway.
I tried contacting the company to reschedule delivery but without success. They never return calls or emails. The result was that I had to take time off work without pay. They dumped the very heavy boxes in the middle of my driveway without knocking on my door to say they arrived. I was unable then to tell them where to place the boxes. Horrid service. Sams Club should replace them.
Do Not Use
The technicians were professional and hardworking. However, the service itself is structured poorly. They assured us they serviced our zip code and had trained professionals. The technician they sent had never assembled our playset before and lived over 70 mi away, so scheduling was a nightmare. What should have taken 8 hours to assemble, then took 6-8 weeks due to scheduling issues and lack of communication from AIT. At the third reschedule, the technician showed up alone, so my husband had to help for over 4 hr. When I called customer service to pursue a refund, it took me 3-4 weeks to be notified that I would receive a refund of only $125 in the mail (which I haven’t gotten yet) after spending almost $900 for the service. It’s poorly organized and poorly managed. Save yourself the time and money and find someone else.

The only reason they got one star is because zero is not an option. By far one of the worst companies that exists. Do not use and try to avoid at all costs; bunch of liars and nothing more then an outsourced answering service.

Horrendous company
Horrendous company! No call no show when ikea confirmed the pickup on 4/30. It was rescheduled for 5/2 per ikea after the no show. Same situation. No call now show. Then ikea rescheduled again for 5/3. I personally called AIT and the agent was confident the pickup will be completed on 5/3. Again they did not show. I called AIT, rude careless agent kept repeating you need to reach out to IKEA.

Horrible company - missed delivery window and no one responds to inquiries about delivery status updates. They put you on hold and let you sit for hours on end.

If I could give a zero, I would! Absolutely terrible, unprofessional service! We had them scheduled for service a week after purchase at Home Depot. Had to take time off work. Not only did they not call to give us updates, they never showed within the timeframe. They then rescheduled for 10 days later! 10 days! THEN, no show again with no updates. We had to call them after the time window closed. THEN they tried to reschedule for another 9 days later! Unacceptable & unprofessional. Hopefully I will get a refund but I doubt it.
Really fast delivery
Really fast delivery, gave a good time frame the day before delivery and the driver called to say they would deliver within the hour. Overall a very positive experience! Thanks AIT
