Honestly dont use them.

still havent gotten my refund for 4 almost 5 weeks now.
they arent doing there job where they are suppose to go and get a refund, they force a credit on me without tellling me my flights have been cancel, they trick you by the emails with a small font. there call center always hangs up on when they ask for the refund, they always avoid your questions when you ask them, regarding about the flight or cancelations all sorts.

if you take the credit your unable to even use them. which is pretty stupid, they dont even give the option to use the credit, you have to call in to use the credit? like fix your website and service, still havent giving me my refund, i never got asked for the credit, it was giving without my permission nor consent. no matter what new and exsiting customers, do not, i repeat DO NOT go with this company, Most of there 4-5/5star reviews arent real and all fake. you may not believe me. i beg you do. as i am in lost of nearly 3thousand dollars because of this company. i regret 100% of my time and money that i have wasted and not able to get back.

if you end up reading my review, please give me my refund. its been weeks, do your job and contact the airlines yourself, as if the passenger was to call, we get told to go to your booking agency, as that is your job to email/call them to process the refund. thats why you are a third-party booking agency. the reference number i would love to but doesnt cordinate with the airlines so you guys have given me wrong information as the number only works on your website, as you guys have stated "it works just give it to them" what a lier, i applaud there
" fake it to you make policy " ps if the airline has stated they cant, then give us the travelers who used your service that they have stated that, as they say it is a bunch of lies.

Never book with Flighthub

Do to Covid19 my flight was canceled. Flighthub gave me 5 month to rebook my flight, which must be done from the same city and to the same designation and with the same airline. The flights in that timeframe are more than double and not feasible for me to book. Therefore I guess I lost my money. NEVER EVER WILL I BOOK WITH FLIGHTHUB!!!

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had flights book right as covid shutdowns and border closures began. I called right away and was told my departure and return flights would be cancelled and I would not be marked as a no show. They also stated they were refunding my money. An email was sent to me saying my reservation was cancelled and the money would be refunded within 2-10 business days. It’s been over 10 business days and my money has still not been refunded, so I called to follow up. At this point they told me my flights were not cancelled and we were marked as no shows and that flight hub does not refund money. I asked her to please pull up the recoded call so we could get to the bottom of this issue. She told me she had provided me enough assistance and was moving on to help other customers. I asked to please speak with another manager and she said there was no one else and then hung up on me.

DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB! THEY STOLE OUR MONEY!

DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB! Due to the Covid19 shutdown, our tour has been permanently cancelled, but Flighthub will NOT give us a credit. They call it a credit, but you have to take the SAME trip at a later date. The tour has been cancelled permanently, so Flighthub is stealing over $5600 of our money. We have asked to speak with an advisor and "SOL" said we were not allowed to speak with anyone else.

They say there a Canadian company. However they use offshore service centres where you can barely make sense of what people are saying. You should make certain you know all the details when you're flying with flighthub because you can get screwed

If I could give no star at all

If I could give no star at all, I would do this! This whole agency is a scam business that does not care about the customers at all! These people are shameless!!! They use the situation with COVID-19 to make profits when so many of us are put into a very difficult situation even though almost all airlines are flexible and willing to help!
I booked my international trip a few months ago with them and had to cancel it due to COVID-19 and lockdown. The major airline company (Air Canada) has already made a rule that this cancellation can be done for free with the flight credit given towards ANY future flights until April 2021. However, I booked my flights via Flgihthub and this scam agency now tells me that they have their own policies so I have to use the credit ONLY to fly the same route! And this is when no one is even sure if any travelling will be OK for the next year or two! Moreover, they charged me $50 to cancel the flights!

They are shameless! They take advantage of people's misfortune in the middle of pandemic when airlines they work with are cooperating and willing to help!

Never ever book anything with them! Do not support these scammers!

Given the current pandemic situation...

Given the current pandemic situation, I am extremely saddened to see a business like Flighthub treat its customers the way it currently is. We should all be in this together, trying to help each other out where we can and, unfortunately, Flighthub is not stepping up to the plate. I have been a loyal Flighthub customer for years and will no longer be booking through them in the future. I had a wonderful experience cancelling a Westjet flight recently and was given full credit back. These are the kinds of experiences businesses should be offering, especially during a time where everyone is struggling. Thank you Westjet and other airline companies with excellent customer service!

Worst experience ever! Stay away from FlightHub!

I booked with FlightHub in December before the Covid19 crisis happened. Then when countries started shutting down there borders around the world, I contacted them about canceling my flight. I waited for 4+ hours everyday for several days in a row only to be told to fill out a form online to get a travel credit or refund. A week or so later they send an e-mail saying the results are availble. I go to the booking and it just shows the flight is Confirmed. Spent another 4+ hours to contact them and all they could tell me was that my flight was ineligible for the refund. They did not explain why it was ineligible even though there policy stated that any booking made before March 13 was eligible for a refund. I contacted British Airways but they said I had to talk to FlightHub because I booked through them.

This was the worst booking experience I have ever had and will never book from them again. I hope others will do the same.

As a travel agent myself who have…

As a travel agent myself who have booked flights for my clients with them. Due to COVID-19, our final destination in Athens cancelled March cruise. We called FlightHub to move our flight to November, They charged us $670 ($335 each) for modification fee, I called Turkish Airlines to see what their cancellation policy, they waived the modification fee due to the global outbreak. Yet, why am I suckered $670? FlightHUb is sleazy business.

Another trip in May, they again charged me $75 without telling me.

Pretty upset with their service

Pretty upset with their service. After announcing that people could have a travel credit due to Covid-19 they charged my credit card 25$ which I have no clue as to why? They also won't let me use my credit towards any flight other than the airline I originally booked through them and it has to be the same flight route. Ridiculous. Not happy with how they reacted and credited people for Covid-19- it is not our fault that a pandemic happened.

Shame on them, they blocked my phone number

At the end of January 2020, I booked flight tickets for my family of 4 flying from JFK to Okinawa Japan in April 2020 spring recess through flighthub.com. During this pandemic time, I have been wanting to cancel my trip and waiting on policy update with both EVA airline and Flighthub, so I could cancel without monetary loss. On 3/16/20, I received an email from EVA airline stating my flight is cancelled and I need to visit EVA website and contact my travel agency. I checked EVA website and it stated that I am entitled to full refund, but I have to contact my travel agency. I called flighthub the next day. My nightmare began. I called the 800-900-1431 number that is shown on their website. During the phone call, it stated that during this time, flighthub has been overwhelmed with calls, unless you are flying within the next 10 days, you should call back another time. I did not mind waiting on the queue, however, it did not allow me to wait. So, I moved on to their website to see if I have another option. I logged onto the flighthub website and into my booking and it showed that I would need to make proper changes to my reservation due to my flight was cancelled. After clicking into my options, it did not show my option for my flight. It just showed me a call back option which I chose 3/17 @ 6pm-10pm with my number attached. No surprise, no one called me back from 3/17-3/19 which over 48 hours.
On the night of 3/19, I received an email from flighthub offering me options. I clicked on the link and the following was shown.
The Airline is not offering a refund for your flights, however we can cancel your flights in accordance with the airline’s current rules and travel advisories. Upon cancellation, you will receive credit of $3750.16, and that credit may be used towards future travel. Your new travel must be completed before 01/30/2021. The credit is valid for use for flights operated by the same airline. In addition, due to COVID-19 and an effort to accommodate our customers, we have reduced our standard handling fees to $25.00 per passenger. Would you like to cancel and receive credits?
On the airline website, it stated that we could get a refund and not credit. They are blaming the airline which is shameful and not ethnically. When I wanted to speak to them on the phone, I realized that they blocked/blacklisted my phone number. It stated that if it is a mistake, I have to email their customer service. And I email them about the blacklisting my phone number issue, and I still haven’t heard from them.

JUST DON'T.

I booked a trip to Boston for, ironically, today a couple months ago. Flighthub wouldn't cancel my booking for weeks even AFTER the virus scare started. I went individually through the airline websites and Jet Blue gave me a credit immediately to use within a year. Delta fought me LITERALLY until yesterday. NOW I have 2 credits for future...awesome...BUT flighthub just charged my card $25. What the hell is that for? HORRIBLE experience. Other people say they got through to customer service and were put on hold. How about I never even got someone on the phone. Just go through the individual airlines. They run deals. It's not worth the Hassel to save a few bucks. I was impulsive when booking. Big mistake. NO BUENO.

It is the worst experience i ever had…

It is the worst experience i ever had in my life. Due to new coronavirus pandemic regulations i cant not travel. so, i called the customer service to change or cancel my ticket they are making new excuses to keep me waiting. My flight is by tomorrow now they are saying you are not eligible for refund or change your travel date. This is a fake company. Horrible!!!

We tried to get a refund for a cancelled flight due to COVID-19. The airline is offering a credit without any fees. Flighthub is charging fees! They are profitting off of a global pandemic! This is sickening!!

FlightHub needs to be banned / shutdown / horrible company
Terrible, Do not ever buy from them.

Charged me 150$ right away and charged me a total of $900++ for a trip worth $3000, the airline had cancelled 3 flights on the trip and when I request to cancel the booking as I am not happy with the alternative flight which increases the trip by 20+ h causing me to miss my other connection flight they charged me $900 just to process the cancellation and to refund it to the card, and it will take 6 weeks for the refund to appear. Dont ever book with them, book directly with the airline or elsewhere, ultimately they will charge you more than what you would pay on the airline's website. Even when the airline is offering a refund these people dont want to refund it and they are blaming the airline. Dont book from them!

FlightHub is bad

What they deserve is -5 stars. I booked a First Class round trip ticket to an international destination and suffered the worst flying experience of my life. They put me in the Economy Saver class where the seats do not even recline more than 2 inches. When I tried to resolve the issue I was informed that they can not give me a call or send an email or text anything at all. I had to call them again and again before the plane got airborne to no avail.

I have been trying to fix the issue for my return flight and despite my numerous calls and emails, I am still on-hold on a long-distance call for ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN minutes at this moment. I can feel that they do not want to take my call and I have to hang-up.

They took my $1000 for nothing!

When I cancelled my flight, flight hub gave me a travel credit to use within a year to save place through same airports. When I contacted them for using my travel credit, the customer help put me on phone for hours. Later, they said that I have to pay $2,000 for the new ticket ($1,000 of which was covered by the travel credit). I could have gotten a new ticket with $1,000 or less! So, the basically took away my travel credit by increasing the ticket price two-fold! The people over the phone were very RUDE when I called them and expressed my concerns. This is the WORST travel agency in USA. This should be stopped and banned! Have many people will you fool and scam? Please NEVER NEVER fly through flight hub!
