The booking software could be more intuitive and guide you better through the booking process.
There was some confusion—perhaps a case of something getting lost in translation—which led to uncertainty about whether the pickup would take place at the right time.

Once i made my booking in the website (around 10:30pm UK time), it was checked by staff and a confirmation email was sent to me within 2 hours. The driver assigned to me was friendly and helpful, especially helpful with moving our luggage into his van at the airport, and to our front door at the end of the trip. Great service all round, will definitely use for future airport trips.
