total rubbish and not serious. DO NOT BUY. total unserious!!! I wanted to send the stuff back because of the bad material und bad leayout. This is not possible. DO NOT BUY

It is indeed absolute rubbish.
Cheap brittle plastic worked very well first few times than water started leaking from reservoir and then within seconds it was pouring out of unit. Totally unuasable

I stopped my order when their lies became obvious. Their YouTube ad said $80. But when you click on that, it’s suddenly a GREAT HALF PRICE deal for $89.99 !!!! So I grew suspicious and entered AirFreez into Amazon. There were a few dozen others that look exactly like it for as low as $19.99. The “Father and Son” all American team are really Chinese connections. And of course, we've learned thatChinese suppliers never lie......... like say on SHIRT SIZES. lol. Save your money. Give AirFreez the cold shoulder.

I saw the ad on YouTube and because I try to buy US products, I decided to go ahead and order it. Then something told me to go check reviews on the company . So thank you, all , for taking the time to add your comments. I appreciate it. I did not complete the purchase. I can sweat a bit, its OK

Piece of work this company is. I ordered an AirFreez and received an Arctic Air and it was broken! Wish me luck. Trying to return and get what I ordered.

Their advertisement from "help at support-deals.com" is misleading. Don't ever order from their so call Airfreez official website. Product was sent from an Asia country, not from USA. Anyone who bought products from those oversea countries know that it is very difficult to deal with them. Once they got your money, it is almost impossible to get it back if you want to return items that you bought from them. This product is so much much cheaper if you buy from Amazon.

Ordered from this company based on a video of the supposedly professional inventors, why they made the product etc. The website seemed to make out the company was European. Paid for it using Paypal (thank goodness). Then was immediately sent to other websites with obviously cheap not very useful gimmicky product after product. Thought ooops, this might have been a mistake. Emailed the company cancelling my order. They asked for an order number I'd never been given before anyone answered. Order number not on confirmation email, you couldn't log into the original website to find any order details.

I tried every address I could find, same thing. Then finally three days later I received an answer. Then followed more emails interspersed with emails asking for an order number again as if I wasn't known to the company. I was sent a tracking email that said the parcels were stuck in their warehouse but 'Freddy' their customer service person, ever ready to help, told me the order had been dispatched, even when I said the tracking link said it hadn't.

By this time I'd discovered the company was Chinese, not these two inventors heading a team of ex inventors all trying to make a living. Suprise suprise. Then they told me I'd have to pay for return but their website made it clear no refunds until returned and inspected and parcel had to be sent with tracking number. I made it clear to the company I'd simply refuse delivery and they could pay for both journeys. They were unable to clarify what information they needed as proof of refusal.

By now the tracking links (only one of which worked) showed the parcels had actually been dispatched. They arrived, I refused them, taking photos of parcels with the tracking number on them. Then went straight to paypal, explained about the lies about having already dispatched them when they hadn't, preventing cancellation of order and paypal escalated my claim immediately to a dispute. Hopefully I will get a refund in the next couple of weeks. I doubt its the first time Paypal have heard this story with this company.

Whatever video you see, they are undoubtedly of chinese manufacture, and very difficult to deal with. DO NOT place an order.

As usual, although they give European addresses on their website, returns have to be made to China, making it a very expensive task.

so called AirFreez conditioner from airfreez(dot)pro is a cheap plastic crap. don't bother buying it. feel like i was cheated!
