the price was just right, but the fit was a little bigger than ordered for my humidifier model. I was, however, able to fold the filter inward to make it fit fairly well. I have been using every night... Mehr ansehen

Person I spoke on the phone was very professional and upbeat in her voice
Person I spoke on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue was the price at over $100. Must be custom fees added.

Doe not fit HE 2.6 as advertised
Just let you know that this filter does not fit the Venmar HE 2.6 (you claimed) which I have 3 this air exchangers in my lake house! Not only your thickness is too thin, but also one side of 15-1/2” is too long. The Venmar HE 2.6 filter measures 14-1/4 x 14-3/8. I should measure it before order it instead trusting your description!
RMA# please.

SIZE and USAGE
the price was just right, but the fit was a little bigger than ordered for my humidifier model. I was, however, able to fold the filter inward to make it fit fairly well. I have been using every night for over a month and a half since I received the filter and to date it has not gotten brown, where I had to change it out. I was basically satisfied.
