I am writing to report a serious breach of contract and fraudulent activity perpetrated by Airespring and Caine & Weiner, who is aiding Airespring's fraudulent activity.
In November 2023, we signed an order form with Airespring to provide internet service with a specific deadline. The agreement outlined the terms of service, including a no installation fee and monthly rates of up to $600. However, Airespring altered the terms in December, demanding a significant installation fee of $19,000 and delaying the service delivery beyond the agreed-upon deadline.
Who would pay $19,000 for an internet connection? So, we rejected this additional fee; Airespring subsequently canceled the order. To our astonishment, a month later, we began receiving demands for a substantial Early Termination Fee of $37,000, an entirely unfounded claim as no service was ever provided. Early Termination implies that the service was provided, and we terminated the service early. However, no service was provided, and no installation was performed because Airespring canceled the order. So how did Airespring falsely and fraudulently create this $37,000 early termination fee from a $600 monthly internet service order?
Airespring has now assigned this fabricated debt to a collection agency, Caine & Weiner, which has been harassing us with threats and demands. Caine & Weiner have provided no supporting documentation or proof of service to justify the claim; they only had a fabricated statement by Airespring showing that $37,000 was past due. This behavior constitutes a potential fraud.
We have been loyal customers of Airespring for many years and have given $65,000 of business to Airesping. As soon as they lose our business, they turn hostile! This experience has been highly disappointing and damaging to our business. We urge other consumers to be aware of this company's unethical behavior and to exercise caution when dealing with Airespring.

THE SAN ANTONIO RESTAURANT GROUP WAS RECENTLY INTRODUCED TO THE NEW AIRESPRING MONITORING PORTAL CALLED AIRECONTROL AND IS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED SO FAR. EVEN THOUGH WE GET EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, THE AIRECONTROL HELPS US TO KNOW, AT A GLANCE, WHEN ONE OR MORE OF OUR RESTAURANTS INTERNET GOES DOWN. IT ALSO ALLOWS US TO SEE EXACTLY WHEN THE SITE COMES BACK UP AFTER SOME TROUBLESHOOTING, MANY TIMES BEFORE RECEIVING THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION. WE LOVE BEING ABLE TO SEE THE WELL BEING OF EACH PORT AND WHICH DEVICES ARE CONNECTED TO THEM. THIS HELPS US TO KNOW THE DEVICE/SERVICE THAT NEEDS OUR ATTENTION WHICH SAVES US TIME AND MONEY IF WE NEED TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO ASSIST.
OTHER ADVANTAGES TO THE AIRECONTROL PORTAL THAT WE USE INCLUDE SUPPORT CASES SUBMITTED AND THE PROGRESSION OF NEW ORDERS. EVERY TIME WE SIGN INTO AIRECONTROL, WE LEARN SOMETHING NEW AND WORKING WITH THEIR SUPPORT TEAM HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!! I was called by there rep Frank Laramendi portraying that he cared about our companies well being and was willing to double our internet speed only at no additional charge. I even had him provide me an email with this documentation. When i called to cancel my service with Airespring I was informed that Frank had locked me into a 3 year contract and if I want to break the contract it will cost me over $8000 plus an early termination fee of $850. I am paying for internet of 20mbs $482 per month when I can get the same service from AT&T for $70 per month. I have called several times and no one want to return a pone call only emails

Do not do business with this company. They have owed me $980.37 since January, 2023. I have contacted them in March, April and May and get the same run-around and empty promises. Either they are completely incompetent or they are bankrupt and can not afford to refund my money!

This company is garbage. Their phone service is unreliable, their equipment is loud and outdated, they charged us rental fees for their equipment that nobody told us about and their taxes and fees were DOUBLE comcast's. They also stuck us with the $850 bill from a third party to install their systems, their internet was from comcast. Our internet and phone bill was supposed to be in the mid-300s and it was actually $500. Then when you try to get rid of them they use a bunch of scare tactics and "adjust" your bill for another outlandish charge of $850. Do not use them!

We have only been with AireSpring for a short time but so far they have the best customer service of any phone and internet company we have done business with. Had a problem one night at about 11PM. Customer support found the issue in less than 30 minutes and had everything back up and running and our phones transferred to our service within an hour.

Overall service is very good and downtime has been nearly nonexistent compared to others I have used. My only complaint is when turning up the speed it is a very cumbersome task.
