I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The portable AC unit is fantastic and has already made a huge difference to the comfort of my home. What impressed me just as much was the customer service. The team were incredibly friendly and helpful when I called, and it was clear they genuinely care about their customers.

The website was easy to use, the ordering process was simple, and the delivery was exceptionally fast. In a period when these units are selling out everywhere, they kept me informed and delivered exactly when promised.
It's refreshing to deal with a family-run company that combines excellent customer service with great products. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases and recommending them to family and friends.

If I could give George’s Air Conditioning & Ventilation 100 stars, I would.

I originally ordered an expensive industrial drum fan on Amazon and was genuinely surprised when Shruti personally called me before dispatch. She wanted to understand the environment where the fan would be used and make sure it was actually suitable.

After speaking with her, it became clear that the fan wasn’t the best solution for my situation. I’m a cancer patient, my animals were struggling in the heat, and we were expecting temperatures of 35°C. Rather than simply taking the sale, Shruti took the time to understand my circumstances and even reviewed photos of my home.

She recommended two Blu12 portable air conditioning units instead, and her advice was absolutely spot on.

Although it was a Bank Holiday weekend and I didn’t make my final decision until Saturday, Shruti went above and beyond. Despite the office being closed and outside normal working hours, she personally arranged for the units to be couriered to me the very same day. In today’s world, that level of customer service is virtually unheard of.

The results have been incredible. My home is large, open-plan, south-facing and has floor-to-ceiling glass doors & windows, yet these units have kept the temperature between 21°C and 22°C while it was 35°C outside. With the ventilation properly installed and sealed, they work like a dream.

My dogs are comfortable, my cats are comfortable, and I am comfortable.

What impressed me most was the honesty. Shruti could have simply sent the fan I originally ordered, but instead she took the time to ensure I received the right solution for my circumstances.

This is what true customer service looks like.

Shruti and team were fantastic. I don’t usually leave reviews on anything but I was really impressed with their responsiveness and attentiveness. I bought a product that was pretty expensive so was worried about the process but Shruti was fantastic through out. Hoping to use their products and services again in future!

Fantastic company to deal with. The BLU12 is an amazing product and it cooled down my large living room really well last year in the long hot summer. It is easy to set up and use. I had a few questions after purchase and the service I received was incredible - they are very helpful and quick to respond.

The AC is a huge plus to our home renovation. They recommended the best solution for our budget, and fitted it in a way that looks great, built into the ceiling with flush painted grills in the walls.

With any building project there are unknown complications, this team always found a way around them to keep the look and performance exactly what we wanted.

I've truly never encountered such excellent customer service. Shruti went to great lengths to ensure what I needed all ran smoothly. Every detail was considered, communication prompt and informative. I couldn't recommend using them enough.

This is how all customer support should be. Had an issue with the delivery courier (no fault of AC Direct) and I was called and emailed until it was resolved within a very short amount of time!

My issues was that I received the wrong item which meant I was unable to use my air conditioner when I needed it most.
I eventually received the correct part after it was sorted by the after sales service team.

In June this year I finally decided to buy an Aircon unit for the living room as the heat of this year's summer became extreme.
After some searching for the best option to suit my needs I decided upon a BLU09 Portable AC Unit 2.5KW. After searching the internet for stockists and the best prices I decided to buy it from air-conditioning direct.com. Not only was the price great the service was excellent. Staff from the company helped me adjust the date of delivery to fit a a day I would be available and withing three days they it had arrived. So far, so good.
