Ordered 2 putter grips and 2 gloves for kids. All went well and delivered within a week. Will use again.

DO NOT use this company
Appears to be a 1 man band called Dave TATE- zero customer service, never replies to emails (until he needs something!)
Bought trolley, about 2 weeks after order having heard nothing i chased
Then told out of stock, offered cheaper alternative which i took
Owed refund for difference and was ignored for months
Luckily I bought on credit card so reported him and they stopped payment
Suddenly Dave was interested in speaking to me then!
Just avoid, plenty of decent companies out there, save yourself the hassle

I ordered my wife's xmas on 7th Dec 2023.
Still waiting! Many, many phone calls and emails are never answered!
Are they still trading?

My husband ordered me some winter golf trousers for Christmas in November. I got an email to say that the item was unavailable but there were alternatives. I emailed my alternate choice which was £15 cheaper. I then received an email invoice to say I’d be charged for the original item. I’ve emailed since the end of December with no response. I’ve tried ringing but as someone else has said no one answers, the call goes to an answer service.
I am very disappointed, with this company not even the decency to reply to my email.
I most definitely wouldn’t use this company again & certainly would not have ordered from them in the first place had I seen the reviews.

The golf trolley I ordered was out of stock everywhere. Dave had the golf trolley delivered in time for my grandson's birthday as promised.

Not a good company to buy from, not only did my order take 18 days to arrive, only part of the order was included, i still have not received the remaining item 23 days later. I have tried to contact the company by phone (no reply), their contact form (no response), numerous emails to both email addresses (no response). I have needed to return my item as too small, and have sent the company yet another email to inform them of the tracking number, i wait to see if i will be refunded! Be warned!
