I've now purchased two different products from this sh#t hole. Both products do not do what their intended purposes are for.
Do not shop here. Absolute crap products, car products supposed to be German engineered. The cloths that came in the box looks like rags and I'm sure I'm just spraying water instead of paint protector.

Do not buy from this site or anything from these people. No response from the company regarding my order. They are a scam site.

Where is the zero stars option, One star is to high of a rating. Never received my order. There is no contact number and they never responded to my multiple e-mails. The tracking number is bogus. I got ripped off.
Reported to the credit card used and had my account numbers changed, just in case.
Never buy from Ailsion, they suck.

After years of reliable purchases, my streak is officially broken. I've always had great experiences here, which is why this recent order is such a massive letdown. The item that arrived was clearly a returned product, repackaged with missing components and visible wear. It feels like my loyalty counted for nothing, and I was just sent whatever was lying around the warehouse. A truly disappointing end to a long run of good service.

Product is very poor quality and is falsely advertised as “universal” yet contains no adapters to make it so. When requesting a return, they tell you to pay shipping to return it to China. Do not waste your money on products from this company.

I’d give them a zero if I could….
Don’t BUY ANYTHING from the web site. It’s a SCAM. They provide BS shipping documents and tell you the product was delivered and with no verification or proof of delivery. Won’t respond to emails. Can’t contact anyone. I’ll bet it’s another product scam from CHINA.

Shipping did not take long either came on time before the prom and was not damaged. I would recommend this website.

I have been emailing them to return items, and they take long to reply and when they did, all they offer is a discount. The refund policy states different, so I am unhappy with store. I have unworn items that I need returned and they ignore your emails and do not respect what policy refund they have on there website.

First clue I should’ve gotten: only contact is email. Second clue: No return address on their site. No info mean Chinese trash or scam. Didn’t listen to myself, and now i got the equivalent of olive oil to use on my car. It’s junk.

I bought the clear coat it does not work it's a scam then if you want to send it back they only want to give you 25% of your money until you ask for more so I spent about $18 on the tiniest bottle and the only one to give back 25% I asked for 50 back it's a scam they're just making money off of everybody do not buy it does not work. So they making money on the send backs

Received a water tester that didn't work. Not worth the$$ to return. Out of $22 got $6 back. Would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Never delivered, scammed. The tracking stopped days ago, and there has been no response from customer service after several attempts. Don't be scammed, avoid Ailsion.
