You should change the name of the tool to "AIHumanConArtist". Gave it a simple para to copnvert into human text and it returns 100% AI. LOL!

My account got disabled for no reason at all. I emailed support they have not replied at all. I have the 600,000 word subscription with the platform by the way, and i have no idea how my account got disabled since I haven't done anything wrong, and they always keep disabling my account if i log out from one of my computers. Its really annoying and stressful.

I want to share my experience with AIHumanize.io to warn others before they consider paying for this service.

I purchased their Unlimited Plan, expecting to be able to use the tool without restrictions as advertised. However, during my very first month of using the service, I repeatedly encountered a technical issue where the platform asked me to purchase additional words even though my Unlimited subscription was active and valid until March 21, 2026.

What makes the situation worse is that this problem had already supposedly been fixed once by their team. I was told that the restrictions had been removed from my account, yet the exact same issue happened again shortly after.

Because of this recurring problem, the tool has become unreliable and disruptive to my work.

The most frustrating part, however, has been the complete lack of response from their support team. I sent multiple emails requesting help and follow-ups, but no one responded, even after waiting more than 24 hours and sending additional messages.

For a company charging users for subscriptions, this level of customer support is unacceptable. If a platform offers an Unlimited Plan, it should actually function as advertised and customers should not be prompted to pay again for additional usage.

At this point, the experience has been extremely disappointing. A paid service should provide:

a reliable product

transparent functionality

responsive customer support

Unfortunately, my experience with AIHumanize.io has been the opposite.

My advice to others: be cautious before purchasing their subscription plans until they improve both the reliability of their service and their customer support.

It started great but now they are making me pay even though I am subscribed to unlimited plan? Why? Please respond to my emails.

I purchased their premium plan, which claims that you can humanize your content using all their models. But no matter which humanize model you use, everything is useless.

After humanizing the content, their dashboard shows 0% AI-generated, but in reality, when you check the same content using real AI detection tools, it still shows 50–60% AI-generated content.

I didn’t try this just once — I tested it more than 20 times using all of their humanize tools. Every time, after humanizing, their own dashboard falsely shows 0% AI detected, but when you check the same content on ZeroGPT or Originality, it still shows 50–60% AI-generated.

This tool is absolutely useless and a complete waste of time.

I was looking for an option to humanise my text and tested a lot of them, but their solution fits my needs from all perspectives. I looked up their Trustpilot profile and, strangely enough, there are no reviews yet, so I will happily submit mine as their first :)
