Professional Service
I’m not the best at understanding legal terminology so dealing with Andrew, a company agent that was patient and knowledgeable was reassuring. I’m not the easiest person to pin down for timings but phone appointments were productive.
Paperwork was presented well for LPA nominees and the Will itself. Anyway, process queries I raised were well explained.

Professional friendly service
Really professional. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy. He went to my elderly friends home to explain everything personally and guided her through the process. Andy sorted her Will and also her Lasting Power of Attorney. Something i thought would be a task was so straight forward and quick. I would highly recommend Andy and AIB Estate Planning Ltd.
