I recently spent 3 nights in Bangkok Hospital-Chiang Mai for a severe flu and bronchitis. It was my first claim with WrLife, and I have to say, it was handled absolutely seamlessly. Special thanks for Leo Ashley, my agent, who handled everything super efficiently without any necessity for me to interact with hospital billing until it was time to check out. On a total bill of thb 71,701, I was required only to pay a mere thb 105 out-of-pocket for a urinal collection device, which oddly the hospital would not cover. I highly recommend WrLIfe as an inexpensive and obviously effective healthcare provider.

Very very happy with the service

I had great support, so it was easy going through the process. The guys at Abbey are very helpful and also supported me after the application was finished. Especially Leo never got tired of my questions and did everything to satisfy my needs.

My family and I have been insured through WR life for 9 months. I was always slightly concerned regarding how good their support would be because their price was so much lower the larger companies. This weekend I took my son to Samitiveg with stomach pains and high fever and he was admitted. I called the number on the card and was answered immediately. After giving some basic information I was told WR life would call me. Ten minutes later they called and assured me that the bill would be paid direct. There was no hassle, no forms to fill, everything was settled. Fantastic service! I recommend them.
