Not impressed.
The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the guys were friendly and polite.
Unfortunately, the service itself was very disappointing. The bunk beds were not assembled, even though this was a service I had paid for, so I had to build them myself.
Two fabric drawer sets arrived bent and broken and had to be thrown away. One ceiling fan was also broken. In addition, two sets of drawers that had been wrapped were left for me to unwrap myself.
Overall, it felt like the team just wanted to finish the job and leave as quickly as possible rather than complete the work properly.
I paid £800 for this move and feel it was money wasted. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Think very carefully before using this company. The movers they send on the day worked hard, were respectful and helpful. The office staff and people running this business from have no respect for anyone. After agreeing a spec. and quote, they tried to adjust this part way through the move and charge an additional £500 for their own error. My case handler David, from their office side) was rude and aggressive on the phone to me demanding I pay the additional fee even though a fixed, all-inclusive quote had been agreed. After almost two hours waiting outside my new house with my young family in, I gave the movers an additional sum just so they would leave because I felt sorry for them as David was not allowing them to leave the property. He is still calling me to this day for further money shouting at me on the phone

A.H Removal & Storage Ltd moved us last week, and I just got a chance to review them. Excellent service. All 3 guys were professional and took care of my belongings. They protected the floor in both houses. Can't thank them enough.

A very thorough and efficient service, the office staff was helpful in explaining our options, and the removal crew was on time, friendly, hardworking, and very careful with our belongings. They quickly came to pick up the empty boxes after we had unpacked, and they wrapped without using any recyclable plastic!
