Very well taught and explained. I do not agree with the time limit to complete a course that was paid for. The information should be available to the purchaser for as long as needed.

In education—especially in regulated industries—courses are provided with a defined access period rather than lifetime access. This is an industry standard and is tied to several factors, including state requirements, course version updates, and ensuring students are completing the most current and approved material. Licensing agencies require providers to keep content up to date, and older versions must be retired and replaced as laws and regulations change.
The access period is designed to give students ample time to complete the course while also ensuring the credit earned meets current licensing standards. If you ever need help finishing within that timeframe or have questions about your options, support is always available to assist.

I am having an issue with one of the exams, I have made several calls and utilized the online help. I still cannot access the exam.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing your account, it appears the final exam session was interrupted—either due to a lost connection or stepping away during the attempt. When this occurs, the exam locks, and students need to call in once they are ready to resume so we can manually allow re-entry.
At this point, the session cannot simply be reopened on its own, as the system will reset the attempt after a short period of inactivity. Our support team will need to assist you directly to move forward.

Saturday | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM CT

things that would make the classes better
Some of the questions on the test are confusing also I feel the presenter in the videos tends to stray away from what he is supposed to be teaching. Overall it was a good experience.

The course material is well organized, thorough, and easy to follow, even for someone coming in without a deep background in construction or home systems. Fundamentals of Home Inspection
Our instructor, Chris K. was fabulous. He brings years of experience as a Professional Home Inspector and owner of a multi-inspector business. His engaging presentation skills made the extra long sessions not just palatable but fun. I thought I'd learn about the nuts and bolts of home inspection, but an unexpected additional outcome is I finished the course inspired and on fire.

I loved the training
I loved the training. It was very informative. The trainer was quite knowledgeable and relatively easy to understand. I wish the material would have been more up to date. A lot of pics and videos were from circa 2006 - 2014.
That leaves me to wonder how old is the course, even though it was very thorough.
