Disgusting service very rude
Called me a liar because my HR manager was unavailable and then threatened to give business a bad review 😂

Best to avoid 🥴

Downloaded an e-book and they've started sending me invoices and debt recovery letters. Get a grip & into the modern era with your marketing. You're trying to do inbound marketing (which is generally offers freemium content) and then signing people up to a paper based invoice subscription service. Either make your downloadable HVCO free or add card details so people know exactly what they are signing up to. Yes, it might be in your terms but what you are doing is not totally clear and comes across as fraudulent.

Fraudulent company - signing GP Practice's up without consent or a signed contract. Ask them to send me information as I was not willing to sign up over the phone. The next thing I know they have used the surgery email to sign us up without consent. They are now billing me for a service I have not used and am not even aware of!

Told them there is a problem and that we did not sign up, yet they have not frozen the account and are still billing me. Absolutely the worst company ever!!!!!

Terrible company. Signed up for a 'free' trial and didn't read the very small print. Suddenly received an invoice from them for £80. Spoke to them to explain that their sign yp process isn't clear and that I in fact hadn't realised that I signed up and hadn't accessed any of their materials. Was basically told tough tatties and forced to pay. I suppose holding people to ransom is one way of making money. Robbing bustards.

A useful training session. This was helpful in laying out the timeline for managing underperformance. It had some good tips and useful information. However
I felt it focused more on the disciplinary process than on ways to help managers improve performance.

Quick and professional response to any questions I have. Health and Safety Advisor booklets with guidance, and checklists, well presented, and always serve as a handy reminder.

I've been using their mazagine and other products for years, as they look and keep on top of issues or problems with indepth knowledge and easy to understand techinical articlues to support you.

A niche health and safety publication that is very helpful in allowing the inexperienced or "rusty" practioner to produce positive results from the guidance within it is, I feel, a little expensive to the subscriber. However, there is no faulting the information it contains and the assistance contained in the resource centre or the assistance from the professional helpline that comes with the publication that can allow the reader / user to improve the policies and procedures for the work they are engaged in.

I found the broad range of document templates as well as the monthly magazines very useful for saving time and educating others.

My company has been subscribed to Agora for around 7 years now. When I took over as the companies Health and Safety officer 3 years ago and it was my first time in such a role, their publication 'Health and Safety Advisor' has been a massive help in keeping me up to date with advice, legislative changes, compliance, it also offers materials that allow me manage H&S monitoring across the company and takes in to account things I
I may not have considered. Their online resources offer great materials for monitoring H&S and its all included in the cost. The customer service has always been amazing and we have never had a problem with receiving our subscription. Invoicing and payment is simple and their costs remain reasonable at a time when most services are increasing their subscriptions by very large amounts, and there are no hidden charges or sudden hikes in cost.

I highly recommend them.

Fantastic publication, has been really useful.

The content of the presentation was excellent, and put across in an easy to understand way.

Rang to speak to them about a subscription, spoke to a lady called Anne who was unbelievably helpful.

So often now customer service appears token and redundant. Not so here! Anne couldn't have been more useful and sorted all my (many) queries in just a few minutes with zero fuss and a lovely manner.

Highly recommended service 5* service.

The talk was very simple and I did not glean any new information or find it useful.

As the name suggests Knowledge Seniors offers a great resource of helpful advice not only for seniors but anyone seeking to keep abreast of the everchanging world of techology. Always interesting to read and easy to follow. I like the unique and excellent index system enabling access to topics covered previously.
Thoroughly recommended.

I signed up for a trial - next thing I was getting an invoice for :£79.80.
I did not have any emails about the trial ending - I tried to call them but they are constantly engaged, I emailed and all I got was you will have to pay for 1 @19.95 .
You cannot get through to them on the customer service phone.
The information they have on their site you can get from any HR free online. Beware these people and don't take any trials. They are scammers.

Totally agree with the negative comments. You don't realise that there is a cost until you get an invoice. Very poor communication regards the subscription. I just assumed it was one month free because unlike normal free subscriptions, you have to commit to a payment method after the free trial ends and they bully you with emails.
