Excellent website . Easy to navigate and find the products you need . Speedy delivery .

Great products reasonably priced.

Every time I ask for help or advice on incontinence products I receive kind and non-judgemental support. Their products have great prices. Being a carer is hard, I am so glad that AgeCo helps lift the burden.

Easy ordering and product as described. Prompt delivery.

Good service. Helpful staff. Profits go to charity.

I was advised when an out of stock item would reappear, and was given a date 2 or 3 days later. On the exact day I was able to order it. Very speedy delivery and the product has performed just as it was supposed to.

Good choice of products, great price, quick delivery.

Really easy web site. Slight hicup on next day delivery. But dealt with at once. Products Ace. First full nights sleep last night for weeks.

Oli was great. Products good and prompt delivery ♥️

The website is fantastic, the products are very reasonably priced and have plenty of choice. Also to be able to save money by subscription is excellent.

Generally speakiing this purchase of a large chair mat went very well, product arrived safely and in good time. However I was confused by the use of other trading names than Age Co/Age UK, and this is the reason why I've downmarked the score by 1. In this day and age the use of too many names is not conducive to confidence.

Always found products to be good, delivery is on time.

Excellent help

Ease of purchase; anonymity of products; reliability; price; simplicity of process.

Excellent service. User friendly website, prompt delivery with inconspicuous packaging and great response time.

The company are very prompt with all orders. They give you a reminder when regular orders are coming up for reordering, and allow you to change the item and/or quantities. The delivery time is usually shorter than the times suggested.
