The stuff was packed very inappropriately. The shoes were put with the clothes which is totally unacceptable. I had to get each piece of cloth washed when it reached me. The shipment was also delayed and did not arrive within the timeline that was promised to me. The boys who were to pack the stuff also did not reach my place at the promised time.

I booked their service to transport my household goods from India to Dubai … they damaged my gaming chair, bicycle, shirts and Jackets… on being questioned they replied that insurance company rejected my claim (I doubt whether they have taken the insurance as they didn’t share the policy with me) and now stopped answering my emails and calls… they can be classified as white collar cheaters
