I've been a customer since day 1 and am very happy with their service. They are very transparent about their operations, and you will often find one of the founders participating in discussions on their Discord server. When problems arise, the support team has been invaluable, polite and responsive.

I've been trading with Afterprime for almost 4 years now, back from the day when they were still Global Prime.

My experience from this first 3 months after the transition has been overall positive. Trading conditions are basically exactly the same as before in terms of slippage, spreads, execution times, etc. No complaints there whatsoever. Regarding the customer service it has continued to be one of their strongest points, with a solid team of executives always available on the live chat to sort out any questions super fast. They've all been very helpful, patient and understanding with whatever issues or concerns may arise.

My only issue with the transition was a very long wait to have access to the client portal, which was explained to me by a lot of the staff. It took longer than ideal, but in the end it got sorted out and throughout this time the team was constantly giving me updates and reassurance that everything was being handled. Deposits and Withdrawals are (so far for me at least) a breeze and have no complaints there.

Regarding Leverage I do wish they'd offer some more options for traders who "earn" that right, as 1:200 can be still too low for certain trading methods and profiles.

I've been with the broker since day one, the demo competition held each month really helped improve my skills and I'm forever ideated. I have also processed withdrawals with the real/live account I have with AfterPrime, and I must say for a broker overseas it was a smooth process. I would recommend the broker to whoever is serious about trading, it offers everything a good broker offers and more.

I have been dealing with Afterprime (and under the former company GlobalPrime) since 2018 and ever since I have not found a more down to earth and fair broker. When you can have a personal conversation with the founders, not just the support staff, I doubt many other companies much less brokers can be as active. AfterPrime constantly looks for ways to help elevate the community and it's members. They have competitions to encourage communication in their discord server as well as monthly demo account competitions where the winners not only get cash but the opportunity to share their strategies in the community with their own channels and requirements to join. The founder has said to me multiple times his main concern is fairness and spread. The leverage is not the highest on purpose, they would rather see you succeed and thus encouraging responsible trading with only moderate leverage. Any platform issues are resolved within hours (longest I've seen was 3 days, but a holiday fell in between). Overall I couldn't see myself at any other brokerage after experiencing the 5 star treatment from AfterPrime.

I think Afterprime's costumer service is absolutly the best in the whole industry.
They've so many mode of reachable (email, chat, Discord, etc.) os If you've any question or problem then you don't need to bother cause you'll get your answers/solutions.

My report about this company is sad, as it involves an amount of money that, for me, is a lot.
I operated during the month of march and april on UKCOCOA and USCOCOA assets, experiencing significant growth in my account. When I went to make a withdrawal, the company took a long time to process it and I got in touch again, they informed me that I had the wrong account type for withdrawal, which would need to be through Binance Pay and not in USDT on Binance, I redid the withdrawal and after a few days they informed me that my balance would not be paid, as they informed that the liquidity provider blocked my operations, informing me that I do arbitration and that I am part of a group of people who were moving the market together, but I make an average of 15 per day and that they were short duration, (can't that?) I can't trade with a short stop? Do I have to operate as you want? And that they would withdraw all my profit (my work) made so far, they simply cleared my balance and left me at zero, without giving me the chance to explain or defend myself. I was outraged, because I didn't break any rules, they didn't present me with an alternative or allow me to contest or defend myself against the absurd blockade. Therefore, I am outraged at the company, despite having a good trading environment and good support via chat, they did not pay me what I built during the month, whereas the profit made is real profit and they should have paid me, because if i broke, some rule, that they would tell me before I lost the entire month of operations. Therefore, I demand that my amount be paid back here and that I be allowed to present proof of my operations and that I operate alone, without a group or arbitration (I don't even know how to do that). Is it because I'm very profitable? Tell me here so that everyone knows and remember, I have video of every day operated, I have proof of my operations and daily profits. Thank you for the space so that more people can have a voice.
