I truly appreciate your site for 55+ people. It gives a new avenue to us in finding apartment living.

I need a one bedroom large apartment in the NJ area. Low income. Section 8

There was no friction or anything. The reason I gave it two stars is because I clicked on the apartments I wanted and had to fill out all my information for each one. Then they sent me an email to each apartment complex and I thought it would be the information, but I had to fill out all my information AGAIN to get to the complex. So I feel after 55.com was unnecessary.

Just looking. We need low income subsidize rent.

Need more low income listings, senior over 55 with handicapped access and
Semi- independent living. Seniors who can live alone but need transportation to doctors, shopping, or to visit from their homes to places within their communities.

I was impressed by this place and the activies
Would be something i considered. I have the paperwork filled out and ready ready for the return visit with my daughter

I have contacted the developer and requested informatuion specificly on the 1 and 2 bedroom cottages. I am interested in a 2 bed with garage. I would like to see pictures of the interior of the cottages and a floor lay out. I would also like information on availability and rent, for both a two bedroom, including a garage and a one bedroom. I am 70, and have one small dog ( Malti poo, 8lbs and very well behaved) I have received some paperwork for renal qualification, but none of the other info has been provided. I have made at least 6 reaquests and called the developer's office 5 times. Please provide information as requested. This property is at the top of my list. I live in South Carolina. so "popping over for a tour" is not an option, until I visist my family, later this year. Thankyou, Wendy Heath

A simple question was not answered. I asked about the availability at a specific property. Instead of answering my question, I was sent SPAM!!
