I received my mango&lime hair n cense today the bottle was half empt! I sent them an email with photos clearly showing it’s half empty, I received a rude response claiming it’s not half empty cause they have put tape on it and its not showing it has not leaked, they clearly packaged the item it knowing it was half empty, they expect me to pay again for shipping to send it back, which I refuse to do, I will not be purchasing anything from them again, the customer service is the worst I’ve come across, avoid!
Just an update, now the company has seen that I have left a bad review they have offered me a 25% refund, I declined as this should of been offered originally after receiving a half empty bottle, I declined I will not be purchasing from them again after their rude response.

Didn't deliver my order. Not even a refund. Terrible.

This shop is a scam, their products are fake 😩😩😩 I read the comments however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I'm paying the consequences. The cream I bought doesn’t smell anything like the original and the box itself came opened already shocked 😩😩😩😩😩 spending that much for fake stuff it’s unbelievable with this economy disgusted.

Brought some Blue Magic Super Sure Gro Hair & Scalp Conditioner from them as they had the cheapest products online (first mistake).

When it arrived something felt odd and out of place.
After using some as a patch test it’s clear my hair didn’t like it.

Turns out this is some sugary mixture they’ve created. The thing actually tastes and smells sweet, as if lots of sugar (glucose, dextrose) etc is in the ingredients (it’s not).

Now after reading these reviews here does it all make sense. Wow UK Trading Standards should remove their business from the internet.

Don’t even attempt to waste your money here, spend that extra £ or two and get it from a place you know and trust.

I bought wau wa cream from this afro pride the cream it’s different from what I usually use it’s says wau wa but in fact it’s abido cream inside wau wa container what’s disappointing was expensive and are deceiving customers I will never purchase anything from this Afro pride.

I ordered Coco Pulp body lotion the parcel was not properly sealed they added water to the lotion which made it watery like a running tap. I wouldn't advice anyone to order from them they are scam.

It’s been 1 month since, never receive my order or refund

Bought some creams from their store. All the creams came unsealed and had been open into which is very unprofessional. Out of 5 products, one 1 came sealed and unopened. The rest were tampered with. The creams are also the fake version. I’ve bought it before. I won’t be buying from this company again and I don’t recommend at all. Be WARNED!

I placed an order a few days ago for some Palmers products, communication was excellent and the order arrived today. Thank you will definitely use your business again.

Ordered 3 bottles of lotion.
Arrived in good time.
One of the items is near expiry date and was not the correct lotion inside the bottle.
I emailed but they replied that it was not a recent purchase. i didnt open the bottle for 2 months as i was using up the one i already had.
Looking at there terms and conditions if returned they charge 15% of the cost. Cheek.

Ordered from them, items got 'damaged in transit' so I requested a refund. They told me to wait 3 days and then they'd issue a refund... this was back in December.
I have sent 5 emails since and nothing....

It is a fraudulent website. I ordered a few bottles of cream and they arrived. On their website they quote some of the products at a really low price, and now I know why.

Website so easy to use, fast shipping - ordered the items on the Saturday night and they came by Wednesday! Everything is so well priced (cheapest I found on the internet) Everything ordered was included in the parcel! Thank you!!

I made order from them and they look like a genuine place but when I received my parcel, it turned out that it is missing some items and not only that but the worst is before using the hair spray to my little kid hair, it turned out it is expired!!!
If there is a zero or minus I would give them, they for sure deserve it
