Great quality products
Great, natural, quality products, fast delivery, nice packaging. My only criticisms:
1. The dispenser pump for the hair oil is sometimes difficult to unlock.
2. The Moisture Locking hair oil bottle leaks when I'm travelling with it, even when the pump is closed.
3. Plastic bottles are not environmentally friendly.
The products are terrific and good for my hair so it's a disappointment that there are these drawbacks.

I'm finding that seal and nourish are very good products. My hair can be very dry and breaks easily. Applying
both keeps my hair in good condition. I only need to use a small amount which means the bottles last a long time. At this time I haven't anything negative to say.

Don't respect customer data
I shopped here quite a while ago, the experience was decent. However recently, the CEO has decided to take their customer data and sign us all up for her newsletter! This is a massive breach of trust, we hand over our details trusting they will be used for a specific purpose. There was absolutely no mention of our data being free use for whatever personal projects the owners see fit to start. I can't consider using an organisation which such a fundamental lack of respect for data privacy. Not to mention nobody cares about your uninspired, plain, newsletter... it is not 2006!

Faulty packaging
Overall the product performs well I bought the wash day set for £89 , the hair cream ( smooth) has a lid that doesn’t work and cream that doesn’t come out of the bottle, this is disappointing for the money I’m expecting for issues like this to not occur

The product caused an allergic reaction especially the oil, it made me sneeze nonstop for two days. I will not buy it again. Now I’m forced to toss all of the three products.
Keep the original recipe. I was a fun of your products but since I got the allergies from the products. I am no longer a fun. It was a total waste of my money. I will appreciate a refund if possible. Thanks!
