I had order 5 different designs on 1" buttons. Now of course how I ordered was different so I had to pay a little more(not a problem at all I had seen the disclaimer on the site) but due to human error(which happens we are all only human after all) I ended up with only one of the designs on all the buttons. I contacted them and they got back to me within 10 minutes(it was amazing how fast). Of course they had to look into it but let me know they would get back to me the next day. They were super speedy and got me the buttons earlier than I anticipated. They are amazing too! I will definitely be ordering again from them. If you are looking for custom buttons this is definitely a great company!

Having used Affirdable Buttons on several occasions, I can honestly say that this company is one of the best! The prices are truly affordable and the quality is consistently excellent. I do suggest doing the proof the first time so you can be sure your sizing and layout are correct.

I was very impressed with this company. They actually called me about an order that was in my cart (I let it sit there for a day or because I was having trouble creating the artwork on my own). That call helped me figure things out and they were very quick to create what I needed as well as make the changes I requested. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company.

My design for my button was unusual. The Affordable Buttons artists offered two possibilities which were not exactly what I wanted, but led me to deciding on the design that was perfect and, notably, not was I originally wanted. Their creativity is greatly appreciated and they are excellent at what they do. It's important for purchasers to be open minded and take advantage of their expertise and creativity. In a sentence, "These folks know what they're doing!" I am very pleased, not only with the the end product but the price and delivery time, as well.

I ordered a single button with a special phrase for my daughter's wedding. there was some confusion on the proof process in the button did not arrive 2 days before my departure for my daughter's destination wedding. The team at affordable button went so far above and beyond what I could ever expect from any company. They drove the single button for more than an hour to one of the guests of the wedding's house so that she could bring it down to Jamaica with her. They understood the importance of the one simple button to the entire event. Ultimately I'm sure they lost money to make sure I had it I have never experienced customer service like this.
