A very happy Troop
Our Girl Scout troop ordered buttons to send with our Care Packages to Troops serving from our community. The buttons looked great, the process was fairly simple and they arrived a few days earlier than expected. Affordale Buttons' site is easy to navigate so we could see changes in our price based on size, quantity and arrival date. We definitely plan to use again!

i placed a new order of buttons based…
i placed a new order of buttons based on a previous order. customer service was helpful emailing me templates of the original order and then i could select the button "numbers" since I was not ordering the entire stock of the original order. customer service worked with me several times with pricing based on specs. order arrived on time and as promised. aside from some hiccups when calling customer service and using older reference numbers, i was pleased with the experience.

Easy and smooth process with minimal & minor errors
the ordering process was Easy and we have reordered through them quite a few time. The buttons have been great for the most part. A few buttons with faded coloring here and there but over all good. The ordering process is usually quick ask they already have our information in the system but our last experience wasn't that great. Whoever took our order mispelled the Name, building and city. Thankfully we still received our buttons before our event.

Thanks for the 4 star review! I did print a copy of the label for this order and a few from past orders to compare. Your past orders all were addressed identical to this order - but missing the address 2 line with the building number. I will have staff reach out to you to verify name spelling and city. We always do a FedEx address check and it has been changing the spelling of the city each time.
Appreciate your repeat business and letting me know about this issue.

Bad Customer Service
Customer service would not give me a quote stating I had to place an order. I am not authorized to place an order without having my client approve the quote first. They were obsessed with getting the delivery date. I told the representative the client was in no hurry and to just quote me their standard turnaround time. No rush fees. The buttons where nice and at a good price.

I am sorry that you were not happy with our customer service when you called for a quote. I will investigate this fully. We truly do strive to make 100% of customers 100% happy. I appreciate that you took the time to make me aware of your experience. It is not our policy that a person must place an order to get a quote, so I am not sure what happened when you called. We do ask customers questions like "when do you need them" and "when will your order be placed and finalized with artwork" prior to giving a quote. Our products are custom products that must be printed, die-cut, and then manufactured, so these questions are necessary to provide an accurate quote.
I am glad that you were happy with the final product and our prices. Looks like you placed your order for 200 buttons on 4/25 and received your order on 4/30, which was 3 days prior to when you needed them. Exceeding expectations is one of our goals.
Thanks for the 3 star review and rest assured I will retrain the person you spoke to on the phone for a quote so your experience is not duplicated.
