Dealing with Affinity in all matters this afternoon was so easy. Vikki in particular was very helpful as was the lady (sadly I didn't take her name) who dealt with the change of ownership of the commercial building we recently purchased. So much easier than dealing with all the other utility suppliers I had to contact!! :) Thank you.

Very satisfactory customer service
Very satisfactory - Affinity for Business are super-efficient at keeping me updated with their recommended changes to our Regular monthly Budget payments, reducing our Direct Debit on this occasion which is in line with our reduced consumption so that we don’t allow our business account to get into too much of a credit balance. This is much appreciated as every penny counts in keeping our organisation going - income is not as good as it used to be a couple of years ago - we are a small church with an elderly congregation and a slowly declining headcount...& subsequent reduced income.

We have been having problems reading…
We have been having problems reading our meter as the pit gets flooded and had received 3 estimated bills. Katie has been extremely helpful in trying to resolve this and we are hopeful of a good outcome in the near future.

Efficency
Affinity for Business are very efficient for providing data. I hope they get the relevant licenses in place to act as the water retailer in other regions as they will blow their competition out of the water (pun intended) with how straight forward they are to deal with.
