Ongoing issues with an alleged outstanding balance for the last two years. Transactions on the online account that do not relate to our account at all. Returned payments detailed that also do not relate to us at all.
Credit controller has simply ignored emails for the last two years if it involves actually getting to the bottom of the problem then periodically sends out chaser emails threatening 'further action'. I welcome further action, at least then perhaps the actual data will be provided and not the numerous erroneous entries that are currently appearing!

This company has owed me affiliate earning for 6 years now. Every time you ask the "cheque is in the mail", but the cheque will never come. I've seen other people complain over the years about this on their personal blog, to which Affiliate Future finally paid them off to remove the negative press. Do not trust them.
