We have the AES Pro Intercom System. This has been nothing but trouble since the day it was installed. The camera resolution is poor, the intercom frequently fails in that we receive no notifications on our devices, the intercom keeps changing its time zone, just an endless stream of issues. The app is extremely poor and not user friendly at all and there are no instructions on how to use the app. It is just trial and error. Colossal waste of money and would not recommend AES products to anyone.
The customer service and tech support I got from Kiefer McDonald was outstanding. I have had issues in the past with tech support on BFT products where the tech support was impatient and condescending. Very much NOT appreciated. Kiefer was very patient, very helpful and helped me solve my problem.
Unit constantly go offline, have to reboot at least once ever two days. Very slow to ring my phone and get app working. About to just go back to using the remotes again

Huge thanks to the very polite and professional technical support engineer Kiefer Mcdonald for helping me sort out my intercom problems when moving into my new home, I was very impressed with this guy would highly recommend their products. Thanks
Great Support from AES . Kiefer was so so helpful and fixed our problem saving me huge monies , cost nothing to fix , an intercom company would have charged me over £200

Had programming issues. Kiefer sorted out my misunderstanding of the software. Reprogrammed for me. Also spoke to Connor earlier who was also very good. Great professional company.

Many thanks to the Tech Support Team at AES Global today for their expertise. I have contacted the guys before and was given the same courteous assistance this time around. I mostly spoke with Mark Robinson today, so I'm guessing he has to buy the rest of the guys a few beers now that he's had a mention! :o)

Malcolm from tech support was awesome. He talked my customer and me through updating the firmware on the entrance keypad. throughout the entire session he was patient and explained each step thoroughly. The process was smooth and enjoyable due to Malcolm!!! He's a LEGEND !!!
Sal Diprimo answer the phone and was very helpful asking me all questions and trying to solve the issue with my gate opener, unfortunately something is not right with this unit and has to be sent back for service.
I got a quick email setting the RMA for my unit.
I hope the issue will be solve fast as well.

Thanks to sal and the videos I was able to equip my gate with the WiFi pro 2 with only one call to Sal witch in 5 minutes had the system ringing my cell phone💪
