Great class with such a happy vibe. Makes working out a pleasure. Great teachers too.

Fun fun fun is the name of the game. In Aerolatino we move to fabulous Latin music which not only lifts the spirits, but works your body and mind without you even realising it. HOW? Because its so much fun. !!! I highly recommend this wonderful class on every level. Don't be frightened. Its all welcoming and will do you so much good both mentally and physically. Catch it on line, (you don't need a huge space,) and once the gyms open back in the studio. Fabulosa.

I came across Aerolatino 4 years ago at my local gym. It preceeded the class I normally went to and one day i had managed to find the time to do both! It was a love affair from day1!! I’d finally found a class that for me, had it all! Gentle on my body (I didn’t leave with aching knees or feeling like I’d just taken on the Flashdance routine whilst riding the Waltzer!!) yet it gave a fab, high energy workout that left me feeling great and benefited those “all-important body parts and my mind!! I was hooked...so much so that a year later I decided to qualify as an instructor!! Now i get to share my own experience and passion for all that Aerolatino offered and on how my life has changed since discovering this unique programme ( and of course Jeff! 😉)
