El trato recibido, con las dudas que tenia fueron resueltas bastante rápido. De todas maneras, creo que no estaria de mas, como hacen las grandes marcas, que en la pagina web hubiera elección de selección de idiomas, y una vez elegido una, todas las subpáginas que se fueran abriendo de la web, fueran en el idioma elegido. Hoy en dia todo, fácilmente la gente habla ingles, o se pueden traducir las paginas, pero facilitaria mucho saber sobre los productos disponibles, para que sirven y su posible compra.

Very happy with my purchase! After an initial shipping issue (not Aero Gain's fault), the item was resent and arrived without issue. My only really comment would be that it would be even better if the BTA had shipped with an alternative length of bolt so it can be used without the supplied spacer - but this is easily resolved.

Effective communication, along with a prompt and professional response to my report of a defect on BTA, followed by the shipment of a replacement part.

I ordered my item 7 days ago and it’s been apparently stuck in customs for 5 days. I’ve emailed Aero-Gain and not heard back. I hope I’m not being scammed!

The experience was excellent. AeroGain’s support team responded promptly, demonstrating a high level of awareness of my issue and arranging an immediate replacement of the item.

Can’t give a good review of a product if I haven’t received one yet. The order was confirmed on 07/03/2026 and is still yet to make it out of Denmark on 18/03/2026.

The bits I can comment on such as the shopping & placing of the order all went very smoothly and without any issues. The website was clear and easy to use.

Nice product, for me personally the Garmin Mount is too loose (i run garmin edge 540) and it is enough to not lose the computer but it Will move once hand goes against the computer.

I ordered Tri armrest set and unfortunately got 2 right side armrests. Even before I got an answer to my reclamation, I got a email: replacement part was already mailed to me. Also, the response email was appropriate. They informed that a mistake has occurred and they do their best to correct the situation ASAP. I think the value of the company can be evaluated by the way they handle reclamation.
