The only downside with these claims is that it takes a long time to be concluded , but saying that I know that it was to my benefit.

Very lengthy process, just over 2 years from start to finish, but I was kept informed every step of the way. Legal terms etcetera were explained to me if needed and a good outcome was eventually received.
