I have some health issues. Mr Matthew accept my case , he and other solicitor before mr Matthew take over my case in same company, been absolutely professional and positive,always on conversation they give me positive energy and always respectful even sometimes I had not nice attitude for my health condition,they understand me and always been kind to me him and all his colleagues, everyone treated me well and I’m really thanks and I was lucky to be honest, I’m sure other solicitors not continuing my case with my health condition,

Outstanding legal service received from Ian Bevan. He made my claim seamless and stress free, giving me update as when needed. My case was settle with just over a year. I really can't find any negativity with Aegis Legal, the app is user friendly and very clear. So I would highly recommend.

Warning to other customers: Avoid this company! Kirsty Astles provides terrible service, and their communication and efforts to assist are lacking. There are many better companies available. Consider this a caution—this service is not worth your time.

Not very pleased at all, communication was very poor
First contact was by phone after that all via email with questions and very few details from them about how my case was progressing. Then when it was going to court because their barrister was sighting a 50/50 chance of winning a email saying they were not going forward with the case.
Email sent to Rachel asking about other information regarding my case as to information the defendant had about me proving their defence and had a auto reply Rachel was not in the office, and no date as when she would be back, and to email Kate
Email sent with a reply 'I'll forward it to Rachel on her return, still nothing
