Know what to correctly order
I was waiting on my order and it seemed like it was taking longer than I expected, so I called and spoke with a representative, R. Mitchell and found out I had ordered the wrong item for my churches AED. The rep refunded me that day and added the corrected items. She was such a great help and very knowledgeable.

Pros: Customer service (via phone and chat) was very responsive.
Shipping was quick (less than 1 week for delivery).
Discount code saved 30% on new product.
Cons: Descriptions on some items need some work. Description for training pads did not say that a training cartridge was required (My ignorance cost me $55, a note in the description would have have been nice).
The device I wanted was only available as a new product, was shopping for refurb.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, easy to place order, but products are expensive, especially the battery. Shipping the old battery back for recycling was MUCH EASIER than I expected and was just under $13. Thank you for that!

Lies about "out of stock" item
When my order did not arrive for several weeks I inquired about when it would be shipped. I was told that it had been out of stock for weeks and you had no idea when they would be back in stock. I was also told that our credit card had already been charged, even though you were not able to fulfill the order. I asked if I could cancel and get a refund, and low a behold it miraculously got shipped. If you were able to ship it the next day obviously you were not actually out of stock.
