These pads have a promised lifespan of 18 months, and the ones we sent, expiring 11/2027, exceed that. We always do our best to provide pads with the most time possible. Slow shipping
Slow shipping, I acknowledge a large storm was a factor. However it took 3 days from order to shipment. These are medical products they should be shipped expeditated. I would have paid extra to ship and deliver faster but you don't give that option.

Never received my AED. Not Happy
Shipment was never shipped according to the UPS tracking number. I called twice, both times they said they will call the warehouse and get back to me. They never called back. This AED never made it to our safety meeting and I'm very upset. I cannot recommend this company

WRONG ADULT PADS
This is Jeff from WORLD BIRD SANCTUARY, customer ID 586169. I was sent the wrong adult pads. The connection points for the pads don't fit into my Defibtech Lifeline View AED machine. I have already sent pictures to AD.US. I need an address to send the pads back, and I need the correct pads ASAP. Thanks.

Poor Customer Support and Communication
Prices were very competitive that’s why I chose you. However, communication with the customer regarding shipping, back ordered product was very poor. My order was extremely time-sensitive and had someone notified me sooner that the product I ordered was on back order for two to three weeks I would have gone elsewhere. I finally spoke to someone who tried to make it right but unfortunately even with the expedited shipping the items will get here too late. I will probably shop elsewhere next time around.

Problem with my refund
I had cancelled a product that was n back order. They received their product the next day and went ahead and sent it to me even though I had canceled. After multiple calls, I was able to get a return slip. I returned it and have a proof of delivery from UPS, but haven’t seen the credit to my account yet. It’s been two weeks and I am unable to get in touch with anyone. I’ve emailed twice, left phone messages and haven’t gotten any response. Maybe they were closed for the holidays, but a message on their phone recording would be helpful.
Update 1/8/26: Thank you for answering my call and issuing the refund.
