I PURCHASED A CAR THROUGH ADVANTAGE…
I PURCHASED A CAR THROUGH ADVANTAGE FINANCE . THE CAR HAD FAULTS WITHIN THE FIRST FEW MONTHS WHICH I HAD FIXED AS THE DEALER DIDNT WANT TO KNOW AND I FOUND OUT THROUGH THE AA THAT THE DEALER HAD CANCELLED MY FREE 3 MONTHS WARRANTY. I UPDATED THIS TO ADVANTAGE FINANCE BUT THEY WERE NOT INTERETSED IT WAS DOWN TO MYSELF TO CHASE IN WHICH I HAD NO LUCK .
THEN AFTER 7 MONTHS THE CAR HAS BIG ISSUES AND WILL NOT RUN. IT WILL COST THOUSANDS OF POUNDS TO FIX IN WHICH THE DEALER AND ADVANTAGE FINANCE BOTH REFUSE TO HELP .
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OF NO HELP WHATSOEVER

Excellent experience
I'm unsure where to start, but what I'll say is I'm over the moon with Jemma at Advantage. She went above and beyond during my refinancing and I can't thank her enough. I had an incident with my car, which was written off, but Jemma sorted out the paperwork and dealing with the new dealership. There was a few problems on the way (Through the insurance company), but this had no baring on Jemma and Advantage whatsoever. I've dealt with a fair few car finance companies but Jemma and Advantage have been excellent all round. Highly recommend, and thank you again!

Second-time customer, just as impressed as the first!
This is my second time dealing with Advantage Finance, and I can’t fault them - from initial phone call, to the transfer of funds, the customer service is impeccable. You’re made to feel like an individual every step of the way, and there’s no pushy sales tactics, nor trying to upsell additional products etc. I would also mention on both occasions Jemma has been my main point of contact, and she’s an absolute star; she goes to great lengths to keep things moving, and is always chasing up paperwork etc from the dealers. She’s a credit to the company
