I had Great service.
I was having trouble between phone and computer and a woman Roxanne Perez in Customer Care went through the entire refinance process with me on the phone and I was able to complete it. This is my second experience, and it did not disappoint. The customer service I received was top-of-the-line.Micca was more than helpful and always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process which can be a little uncomfortable in my situation. She is knowledgeable and professional. I feel like she went above and beyond to help get me the loan I desperately needed. I appreciate her so very much, and will definitely be recommending advance America to friends and family if they need should arise.
