When someone takes a lone out online or…
When someone takes a lone out online or in the store. They shouldn't have to wait 4 days before they can make a payment. Or pay back what they borrowed in full. And if that person miss a payment but they spoke to staff about when they would be able to pay the money back. The NOTE THAT STAFF PUTS IN THEY SYSTEM SHOULD BE READ AND HONORED. INSTEAD OF A AUTOMATIC ACH TAKING IT FROM YOUR BANK LEAVING YOU IN THE NEGATIVE! SO I HAVE TO TAKE OUT ANOTHER LOAN TO PAY OFF THE FIRST ONE. AND STILL BE LEFT WITH. NEW LOAN TO PAY IN FULL, AND MAKE SURE U HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO GET U OUT IF THE NEGATIVE DUE TO EMPLOYEES NOT READING NOTES ON PEOPLES FILE... just a F.Y.I.

The store in Pontiac Michigan on Perry is always wonderful. The staff is helpful and courteous. The website has been updated, but still does not work correctly. I am able to log in, but from there I am directed to a blank white page. The staff in Pontiac advised me that the website has been messed up since the update. Please correct this issue.
