I love this branch office. They are always pleasant& very helpful.My special person Paula was not in, & I was a bit skeptical, but luckily I met Holly who is fairly new at this branch, she was Super nice & made me so comfy & relaxed. I will recommend her highly.

when I FIRST DECIDED TO USE THE APP TO MAKE LOANS I FOUND IT QUICK AND EFFICIENT BUT HERE LATELY IV'E SEEMED TO RUN INTO PROBLEMS AND MADE TO FEEL UNSAFE.

I got an installment loan and they posted it in the Florida system as a payday loan. This is told to you after the fact and they will not change it. Florida does not report on installment loans, so I think this is not fair and feels illegal. But I know it's allowed.

Everyone I have dealt with here has always been kind, helpful and professional. They are easy to deal with and very quick.

My mind has been blown.
I am a well educated, stably employed, person who is a state employee.
We don't always get pay commensurate with our efforts and experience, so we are rarely fully pecunious, thus I have been and Advance America customer for over 10 years. Do to circumstances, I needed $500 25 hours before payday.
When I was able to pay back the $500 the next day, I was permitted to rescind the loan.
No finance charge. $0.00. I had never heard of this feature.
