Won’t he do it
Advance America provided me with a quick, easy, flexible loan when I needed it to consolidate debts. The Customer Service is always top notch, and I leave knowing that I can alleviate some of the financial stress brought on by COVID-19

The person who help me was…
The person who help me was unprofessional and displayed a negative attitude when I attempted to correct her about my pay cycle. She became confrontational and when I pay you all the money I owe, I will never visit this store again. The customer keeps the store open, not the employee displaying rotten behavior, she needs training on how to communicate with the public. If she doesn't want to work, stay home and keep that negative energy in her house.

The teller informed me I had to change…
The teller informed me I had to change my info, I was already enrolled with my WF ACCOUNT, she requested I got get my new Routing and Checking Number from my CREDIT UNION, making me go back home to contact them for this info. I started not to Return, I only requested $300.00. I was UPSET with her.
