I had called them on the phone but have not used their services for some time. I had to provide one document in person. Convenient locations, quick service, same day deposit.

I have been using your services for years. I sometimes have to deal with new employees along the way. Most of them are very friendly and professional. I recently met Sarah who was replacing a recently departed employee at the 25190 Lorain Ave. location. She was great and made the whole procedure of getting a loan very smooth and hassle-free. I will definitely come back the next time I need some extra cash.

Andris Whitfield as a super loan manager...she really knew knew business and never got upse or rushed me to understand what was happening...I had to go home to get additional documents andshe took it in stride with a smile on her face and no sarcastic remarkes that have happened at other places..She did a Great job and I thank her for All her help.

Advance America is a Godsend.I have been using their services for years. Since I am on disability and my checks are deposited in the middle of the month and most of my bills like rent and utilities are due at the beginning of month, this service really helps smooth out the ups and downs of my budget.
The staff at my Advance America branch are very friendly and I know each of their names and they remember mine.

Hate the new Ohio rules, but it is somewhat better not to be broke each payday. Not sure if paying on time goes on the major credit reports, but it should.

I have a history with Cash Loans, that's because I know how to use them. I only borrow what I need and I never go over unless it is an TRUE emergency. I appreciate the fact that I can pay installments or pay the whole loan. The people who give Cash Loans a bad rap are the ones who are greedy with intentions of not paying them back. So in my case, I appreciate that they are there when I need them! The bottom line? SELF-CONTROL!

I could have given you five stars if your internet application would actually work because I take a loan from other places over the internet I was able to secure the loan. Your online loan application has never worked for me, I had to come into the office Personnel was very nice very helpful but it was difficult for me to come there because I am currently temporaryly disabled.
