I wasnt able to get approved but the education aspect of the experience was awesome. These ladies took their time to uplift and encourage me during this hard time. This location was something that I needed that day. I will be back soon to give it another shot.

All around good services and a excellent product. I'm use to installment loan but I love how this flex line of credit works.

After the snow it was a breath of fresh air to experience this staff in this store. They were up lifting and inspiring. I have no regrets with dealing with this company. They were transparent about the line of credit.

Bean was a joy to work with. I was facing a hard time, and she made me laugh while encouraging me. I felt like a human and not guilty for needing a boost in my finance. The rest of the staff was awesome as well. They ensured I was equipped before I left the branch with knowledge of online usage as well.

UPDATE: The loan agreement was not explained to me verbally and the information I needed is not in the contract. I just found out today the payments are biweekly and close to $100. I WOULD have never signed an agreement for a payback like that!
I did my application with Maria over the phone when I arrived to complete my application I presumed the manager of the store was there and she was hovering over Maria everything Maria did she had to make sure it was done correctly the manager seem nonchalant and wasn't a good listener. Made the process harder than it should have been. I was a referral. I will not be making any referrals

I have never wrote a review before. However, I felt compelled to, after multiple experiences of Shareka and Mikiyah going above and beyond for me. I will spare you all of the details but every time that I have went into the office to see either one, they have been extremely friendly and helpful. I have probably asked far more questions than your average customer. Yet, they have both always taken the time to actually listen, answer the questions and more importantly, care. That is what separates a good business from a great business; the fact that the employees actually care about their customers. I know it may not mean much but I am very thankful for you Shareka and Mikiyah and would like to give you a bit of recognition. Thank you.
