Not very friendly staff. Ever.

Have been a customer for about a year. always look forward to seeing your employees in the Florence Ky store. A couple of occasions I have needed a few more days on my loan & they take care of making it happen. Always friendly & understanding. Glad I chose Advance America!

Confrontational,one off attitude,arch,smarmy, office has my fingerprints,my church affiliation,my deoderant,my lip sync,my drivers license, name of my cat,credit report,name of hooker client (refetence i don' want or need,who comes in and borrows the max,every month? She gets treated like a queen, i get looked at like a single tree stump in a field. I shave every day, strange.seldom use this borrowing facility,mgr talks like a robot,acta like a copy machine attebdant at kinkos high on speed.who knew?

One of the ladies were very rude!!! It was unacceptable! If you work with the public you should be greeted with a smile and talked to in a nice manor not with a rude and snobby attitude

The Girls in your office were very helpful very knowledgeable and mostly important very caring

The staff who work there are so kind and understanding and it always amazes me every time I walk in they know my needs without even asking. Pam and Stacie are both not only great at there job, but they are wonderful in the way in which they treat those of us who they help.
