I appreciate the ease of applying but I can not find a way to take my pdl into the epp option online. I also can not find anywhere to cancel autopay . The local branch is the best!

Loan policy changes...?
They used to give me more time to repay my loan, as well as a larger loan amount. I showed them a copy of my latest paystub from my job, which included ample overtime hours, but was disappointed with the loan amount they offered, which was less than what I was expecting, and they repayment date they set for me was sooner than what was given in the past.
